Another fantastic meal at Knot D'Asie in Vaudreuil! We go to this restaurant often because it's always such a great experience with all the plates so nicely presented & plated & the service there is top notch. Our waiter was Daniel & he was very courteous, & helpful while giving us a good chuckle with his friendly banter. This restaurant really takes care to ensure that each plate is really impressive looking & also very tasty & fresh! If you're not a sushi lover - there's plenty to choose from too! Their bao buns are so delicious (the pork is my favourite) & the Katsu chicken with veggies & rice is always a good pick. My son ordered the Pad Thai with beef, along with the K-pop chicken appetizer (it was huge!) & he really enjoyed it. For dessert we shared the fried banana & it was the perfect ending to round out the meal. A hidden gem in Vaudreuil - you definitely should check it out!
You can tell when a pro designs the food in places like this. The food is fresh, looks great & tastes amazing. I've been 4 times & have always had a great meal with excellent service.

We had a great experience at Knot d'Asie! We ordered a few appetizers to share & everything was fresh, flavourful, & beautifully presented. The salmon taco & sashimi were definite highlights, & the pho soup was rich & comforting. Don't miss the ice cream! The service was friendly & the atmosphere was cozy. Will definitely be back!
The food was incredible, super fresh fish & amazing flavor. For the price, the portions were great! The calamari was one of the best we've ever had & we get calamari at every restaurant! Our waitress (Laurence I believe) was super friendly & attentive. The only small negative thing was that we saw our food & drinks waiting on the bar/pass for quite some time (10+ minutes) before they were brought to our table.
Having been to Knot d'Asie over half a dozen times, I feel like I need to now leave a legitimate review... This has to be one of the best fusion restaurants I've ever been to. The attention to detail of the dishes, the flavors, the freshness & the service is exceptional. With a massive menu with tons of variety, a fun cocktail list, there's something for everyone. Hugely recommend - easily one if the best restaurants in the Soulanges region. Try the vegan truffle roll!
Waiter did not read our likes very well. The choices he made for us were all very similar & on the "heavy" side. We told him we enjoyed ceviche to begin with..which to me indicates a liking for fresh & light. All the recommendations were the opposite unfortunately. I've eaten here before & the guidance has always been really good. Sorry to have to share this feedback, but it is my honest feedback. If you really on your waiters to guide client selection, then I think this is important feedback to consider.

My girlfriend & I have been going there ever since they opened up. We love this place, they have the nicest employees. I would recommend this place for anyone who loves sushi & pho soup. I always get the pho soup with ribeye & it's always to my liking. The service there is amazing & the quality of the food is amazing always so fresh.
We had a super nice meal out yesterday. We had never been but we are so glad we decided to go! They have specialty drinks that are in such fun displays & were very tasty. Our waiter was so polite & friendly throughout. It was a busy Friday night & he still was available whenever we needed something. The food we had was so amazing. We were concerned as we only ordered a bao bun appetizer & 3 sushi items if it would be enough between the two of us & it REALLY was. We were so full! Sushi was fresh & beautifully presented. The bao buns were excellent. We made room for their churro fried cheesecake & didn't regret it at all. Everything was delicious. Can't wait to go back
Great place, nice Asian fusion. Good portions, had to get the rest of our order to go. Fresh, not over fried, not over salted, not too spicy. Nice presentation. The best restaurant in vaudreuil currently. Nice service. Please, keep it as it is! Will come back for sure or for a takeout. Not cheap, but worth it.

Best sushi & cuisine that I have had in the Vaudreuil area by far in my opinion. Everything from the rolls, tatar, sushi, dim sum dumplings, etc, was delicious & tasted so fresh. Wanted to try so many more menu items. Will definitely be back. They have a nice cocktail menu as well.
We were a group of five for the soft opening last night. It was Amazing! The sushi was so fresh & tasty & the dumplings were delicious! Same owners of Zento in Ile Perrot which has always been my favourite sushi spot.
Highly recommend!
