Absolutely Outstanding Kunafe, A Taste of Authentic Nablus in Montreal!

If you're searching for the real kunafe experience in Montreal, Knafé Stop is the place to go. I've had kunafe in many cities, but nothing compares to what they're doing here, it's authentic, perfectly balanced, & made with real Nabulsi cheese, which is incredibly rare to find in North America.

The kunafe was golden, crispy on the outside, & wonderfully gooey inside with that slightly salty, stretchy Nabulsi cheese that melts in your mouth. You can tell they're using traditional ingredients & techniques, it's not overly sweet like other places that try to imitate the flavor. The sugar syrup is just the right amount, allowing the richness of the cheese & semolina to shine through.

The portion was generous, served warm & fresh, & the texture was spot-on: crunchy top, soft base, & cheese that pulls beautifully. I also appreciated the friendly & welcoming service, the staff were happy to explain the ingredients & even share some of the history behind the dish.

Whether you're familiar with Middle Eastern desserts or trying kunafe for the first time, Knafé Stop delivers an unforgettable experience. You can taste the care & tradition in every bite. A must-visit if you love authentic sweets, or simply want to taste a piece of Palestinian heritage in the heart of Montreal.

There isn't any better Knafé than Knafé Stop. The flavours are combined to be natural but wonderful & amazing, unforgettable experience. However, the atmosphere creates an incredibly cozy & welcoming environment. The freshly baked Knafé that you have ever tasted will come right to you in a few minutes with its incredible authentic taste. Knafé Stop is the place to go if you've ever wanted to enjoy an incredible Knafé-eating experience. This flavour will stick with you & entice you to return.

Was my second time there. Absolutely delicious dessert & coffee. Authentic !!!!The owner a handsome man very polite greeted us with great smile, again & he remembered my order from the last time !!!! Anyone rating less the five stars is not fair ....
