Food was good, but no service. Could have easily walked out without paying, that's how little attention we got.

Thank you for your comment. Question I do have is, if food was good and service was not, how do you leave 3 star for both?

Pas eu un si bon service, fallait demander pour du café, elle oubliais nos commande, nos assiète ont eu des raté, même pas 1/4 de cui,à thé de sauce dans la sanwichd, puis ,du boccinni avecle kitchen73, j'avais une mini tranche,obligée de lui demander d'en avoir tout de même pour le prix
pas impressionner les invités!
mais on a eu un petit morceaux de gâteaux de fêtes ,Merci

Waffles were served cold & the potatoes were cold & tasteless.

Thank you for letting us know about your mishap at our location. We would have gladly changed the plate for you if your food was cold. Mistakes can happen. As for our potatoes being cold and tasteless, I'm sorry, I find that hard to believe. Our potatoes come out directly from the fryer to your table and are spiced with garlic, parmigiano cheese and fresch cut chalots (Green Onions). However, all you need to do is advise the waiter or manager or owner and they would gladly change it for you. Best regards. K73

Kitchen73 Laval continues to be one of my favorite breakfrast/brunch places! Always fresh, well priced & the staff is great! Friendly & eager to accommodate. Will definitely be going back....again!

Food as always good but very disappointed in service this time. We waited almost 40 minutes to get served! We asked the hostess for waiter or waitress twice & there was apparently confusions. & it was not even full!! Then to top it off they fault to mention chocolate milk is extra. 5$ for milk Really
