Always super friendly. The delicatessen is so original & delicious. Potatoes are great. Coffee is also perfect. Recommended with friends & family.

Edit 2: it was during the week & not much people in the restaurant. It was much better with a kind waiter. So I changed my review to reflect my better experience. I hope I will have that type of experience. Great time Upon my arrival, they seated me promptly. The food was enjoyable, but the service left much to be desired. Our server neglected to check if we required anything else during our meal. Although coffee was offered, milk was not provided on the table. Since our server did not check back, it was difficult to request it. My pancake was served without syrup, & I was not informed where I could find it. It took a considerable amount of time to place our food order. If they could simply improve by checking in after 15 minutes to ensure everything is satisfactory, it would greatly enhance the experience. I would be willing to return & give it another try, but for now, my experience was less than stellar.

Portions are good, a lot of patatoes, just a few fruits just to say there are some. Egg Benedict's are good & staff is kind & refills coffee & water regularly without having to ask. The main issue is kitchen has a hard time following up as the place is crowded & they send some food for deliveries. It took about 40 minutes to get served which is long for a brunch. A lot of noise as well, hard to hear each other. Price is fair.

Nice location. Clean & spacious inside. We were greeted warmly which is so important to establish a correct first impression with customers. You can tell the staff are trained well here. Our waitress Janet was so friendly & bubbly. It was a delight being served by her as she brightened our day (keep up the good work!). The prices were decent as well. The smoothie I ordered was very tasty: tart & refreshing. They also put a lot of fresh fruit on the plate which is great to see since many other restaurants don't put a lot of fruit. In terms of improvements to be made: I wish the waitress would have come by more often during the meal to check in on us & offer coffee refills. Additionally, the wait time between receiving our drinks & receiving our food was a bit long, although it was a busier period, so I am willing to give the benefit of the doubt there. I also think the portion sizes were okay, although adding just one more pancake to the plate would have made it perfect. I noticed as well that the pancake batter sometimes had a strange taste. A bit hard to explain but it was like a greasy flavour. I don't know what could have caused this but aside from these gripes we had a good experience & I would go back to try a different menu item. By the way, they also are open for dinner on certain nights! Very cool.

Best service I have had in a while. The staff really catered to us throughout our meal, giving us recommendations on what to try. Even adding more sweetener to my coffee when they saw by the face I was making that it was to bitter for me. Will definitely come back!

Our waiter seemed extremely busy & so we had to wait to order, wait for our first coffee & wait for refills & the bill. The tables were not balanced & therefore, sitting in the middle where two tables met, meant my plate was unbalanced. The chairs were comfortable but there were clear signs of wear & tear. The bathrooms looked clean, but not spotless. In general, the place looks like it has the potential to be amazing, but would mean that some investment will be needed to keep it looking sharp. I would suggest getting rid of the TVs & introducing some music instead.

The food was amazing as usual but yesterday was a busy day. & the coffee cream was clotted terrible & had to change my cub 3 times to get fresh one. But overall the food was great. Thank you for reading my comments. Hope to see you soon xxx

The overall experience was ok. I visited the place on my friend's recommendation, but it was not that great as i was expecting.The potatoes on side of omellete i order were very oily. I had to ask the waitress to refill my coffee. I m not sure i would visit again!

Hello, Loved the potatoes(which I told the chief) & the glass coffee cups nice touch. I do feel your coffee is a bit strong, a matter of taste of course. The cream I put into the coffee had turned was out too long. Overall a nice place & experience. Thank you, & welcome back from covid !

Food is average, price is average, service less than average. They didnt bring cups for coffee or ask if we want coffee, it was a brunch. They took our order, brought it with no delay but didnt check after if we need anything.

Good: Great service, big portions
Not good: decaf coffee tasted not good, dirty utensils & menus, not pleasant nor very clean bathroom experience, & 3.73 for a few slices of tomatoes on a mainly fat & carb plate was a bit too expensive.

Had breakfast. Eggs were great, bacon was a bit fatty. Fruit was nice. Potatoes were awesome. Coffee was good. Service was fine. Restaurant was a bit noisy. How about some Keto friendly menu items...

Excellent service at ALL levels from start to finish albeit Easter weekend. Our table was ready as soon as we arrived no delay. Coffee, water, & orange juice for one of us served immediately; continuous coffee refills as promised; by the way coffee delcious ! Excellent service in spite of restaurant being jam packed, no error in orders, no feeling of being hurried along even though several people waiting in the lobby. Food hot, my poached eggs cooked perfectly. Clean, bright, modern environment. Will definitely return 👍 A little noisy because of high ceilings but conversation still manageable! Staff very friendly, helpful, speaks well of management.

Potatoes were scrumptious with parmesan cheese & they had gluten-free bread! Couldn't ask for more. We'll maybe more coffee (which was really good) but never got offered a refill. 😉

WHT A GREAT FINDING FOR ME & MY FAMILY. WE VISITED K73 ON A SATURDAY AFTERNOON, PLACE WAS VEY BUS BUT STAFF WAS VERY ATTENDIVE TO PEOPLE WAITING. THEY OFFERED US A LITTLE SMOOTHIE WHILE WE WAIT, WE KNEW AT THAT POINT WE FOUND OUR NEW BREAKFAST SPOT. OPENING THERE MENU, I COULD SEE TE AMAZING CHOICES THEY HAD. LOTS OF CREATIVITY & CHOICE. WE ALL CHOSE DIFFERENT PLATES BUT THE ONES THAT REALLY STOOD OUT WERE THE BRAISED BEEF OMLETTE WITH TRUFFLE, THEPALAZZO BREAKFAST PIZZA, YES A BREAKFAST PIZZA & THERE PARMOSSA BENEDICT TOPPED WITH PROSCIUTTO & THERE AMAZIN ITALIAN TOMATOE SAUCE. SERVICE IMPECCABLE & WE ALWAYS HAD COFFEE & WATER IN OUR CUPS. THAT'S ONE THING I GET ANNOYED WHEN I GO TO OTHER BREAKFAST PLACES.
