C'est dimanche, il fait -15 °C. Pour éviter le blues, j'ai trouvé du réconfort dans un délicieux bol de ramen, parfaitement équilibré dans son bouillon shoyu. En entrée, des frites saupoudrées d'algues croustillantes m'ont donné un avant-goût d'un lundi sous un meilleur jour.Voir plus
