En rentrant, il n'y avait plus de boeuf, un ingrédient manquant ça arrive parfois mais j'ai commencé déçu, après j'ai commandé une autre assiette & en la recevant, ils me disent qu'ils n'ont plus de pousses de bambou (j'ai donc un ingrédient en moins) mais je n'ai eu droit à aucun rabais ou échange alimentaire pour remplacer/combler le manque. Petite précision, l'information pour le bambou n'a pas été communiqué en prenant la commande ou peu de temps plus tard, mais bel & bien quelques secondes avant que les bols ne soient déposés à la table. Il était donc trop tard pour annulé la commande ou pour ajouter quoi que se soit dedans (avec ou sans charge)... Bref, leurs bols ne sont pas mauvais, mais j'ai été très déçu du service à la clientèle.
