Food is great but service is always very slow. It's like they seat you & forget about you right away. Takes 20mins to 40mins to get a server to notice us & take our order. No one checks up to refill water. Do better.

J'y suis allé avec une amie & nous avons bien aimé. C'était ma première fois à celui de Laval. Bien que nous soyons parfaitement bilingues, c'était un peu laborieux d'être compris par certains serveurs quand nous parlions en français.

J'ai aimé tout ce que j'ai mangé. Vraiment goûteux, mais celui de mon copain, je le trouvais unpeu plus fade, mais lui a aimé!
La 2e fois j'ai trouvé les damplings unpeu sec. J'ai pris le même plat (ail végé épicé) un vrai délice. La limonade est ok

L'équipe est superbe, dynamique de feu & acceuil très chaleureux, pareil comme au japon, la nourriture est très bonne, malheureusement beaucoup trop d'attente même avant un rush, 45min à 1h d'attente seulement pour une commande à emporter. Plusieurs clients qui son arrivés après moi ont eu le temps de manger & de repartir avant même que mon repas ai été apporté, la priorité des commandes sans dessu dessous. Le temps d'attente gâche beaucoup l'expérience. Je ne pense pas retourner à ce restaurant, malheureusement.

I went multiple times & I adored the experience. The only reason I haven't givem 5 stars to service is because last time we had to wait a lot for the check, & even noticed people who finished after us getting theirs. Apart from that one experience, everything is amazing about this place!

This place is amazing!!! We tried the monthly special soup & the spicy garlic soup. With the original karaage. Everything was so tasty. The spicy soup was WAY too spicy for me though. The place was beautifully decorated. I'll definitely go back to try the takoyaki & okonomiyaki.
The one thing I didn't like was the noise level honestly you almost have to scream to be heard.
