Awesome experience from start to finish! Best muhamara I've had in MTL. Service was delightful. Our server Jigar helped us pick a few more dishes & recommended a bottle of Verminto from Corsica to go with the first round of plates. It was fantastic. After that he had us taste a red by the glass to go with meat course. By this point we trusted him completely so while I can't tell you what the red was, I can tell you we order two! Espresso martini to end the night, we'll be back asap!
Atmosphere was great, cool dishes, finally I have to say for a place that has such a good vibe & decor the prices are amazing on drinks & food! Will be going back!
Visited with my wife this evening, food was amazing, the atmosphere was lively but even sitting in the midst of it, conversation was easy to hear across the table. Both mocktails & cocktails were tasty. The muhamarra was delicious, the pitas are made in house & come out fluffy & piping hot. The latkes hit it out of the park with the depth & complexity of the flavors. Dessert is also notable-thoroughly enjoyed the babka & almond cake.
Bella, our server, was so on top of everything & Kat, the hostess was lovely, accommodating, & shared the private room space with us.
We will definitely return & look forward to deciding what event we will celebrate in the beautiful private space, completely separate from the dining room, with private washrooms.
We ate last night April 10 for my mother's 91 st birthday we were 7 people. We chose the fixed menu which was easy but a big mistake. The first course was 2 salads which were ok then some beet dish which was awful almost un edible. Then the main course of Kebobs were unedible steak was tough as leather
The chicken was OK, but not great & the salmon was fishy & couldn't eat it. The chicken schnitzel, which usually was their best dish was greasy & thick & nobody ate it either in our party. We had dessert, but we were so disgusted with the terrible noise which out of 10 was a 15 nobody could hear each other so we got up & left without dessert which was included that's how bad this place was in the end it was a horrible experience for my mother. Nobody could talk or hear each other. The only thing I would say was good was the pita bread which was hot & fresh otherwise, the overall quality was very poor & the atmosphere was absolutely terrible because of the noise.
We had a fabulous experience in the private dining room. The service was great, & the food was delicious. The team was incredibly easy to work with & so accommodating to all of our needs.
The room itself is really nice, with plenty of space for a sit-down dinner as well as separate little lounge areas for guests to hang out. There's also a very nice, private bathroom right off the room, which is convenient & a great added touch.
We will definitely book there again. We've also dined in the restaurant many times & have always had wonderful experiences.
Bella was an amazing server. Super friendly, attentive, & on point the whole time. She made the experience way better with her great energy & solid recommendations. Easily one of the best I've had!
