Food was amazing & the service was very good I strongly recommend this restaurant
This was our first visit, & unfortunately it will be our last.
We were a group of 5, yet despite the restaurant being completely empty, we were asked to sit at a table for 4. We ended up moving to a larger table ourselves.
The atmosphere was unbearable. There was loud music playing while someone upstairs was practicing singing at the same time. We had to raise our voices just to have a conversation & place our order.
The food was by far the biggest disappointment. The yogurt in the dahi puri smelled & tasted spoiled, & the rest of the food tasted stale or overly sour. Considering the high prices, the quality was unacceptable. We couldn't even finish our meals.
The service was also uncomfortable. The staff member stared at us throughout our meal, making us feel awkward, & the table wasn't cleared even after we had obviously finished eating.
Overall, terrible food, poor service, & a disappointing experience. I would not recommend this restaurant.
Very disappointed with this restaurant.
The moment you walk in, you're hit with a noticeable moldy smell. Then, when you scan the QR code to view the menu, you're bombarded with ads, making it feel like they're trying to monetize customers before you've even ordered.
The food didn't make up for it. The naan was burnt to the point that the bitter taste overpowered the entire meal. It was difficult to enjoy anything else on the plate.
To top it off, there was a group practicing their singing over a loudspeaker while we were trying to eat, making the dining experience even less enjoyable. The plastic plates & cheap utensils only reinforced the lack of quality.
Overall, this was the worst Indian restaurant I've been to, & I wouldn't recommend it.
Food is way overpriced for what it is. Stomach ache right after eating. Would not recommend at all
Easily the worst Indian restaurant I've ever been to.
The food was ridiculously overpriced for the quality, & it tasted awful. I ended up with a stomach ache almost immediately after eating. Definitely not worth the money.
The service made the experience even worse. Our server was completely unprofessional, inattentive, & seemed confused throughout the entire meal.
To top it all off, there was a random woman upstairs loudly practicing her singing while we were trying to eat. It completely ruined the atmosphere.
Terrible food, terrible service, & a bizarre dining experience. I won't be coming back, & I can't recommend this place to anyone.
Very disappointing experience. The curries tasted burnt, & the meat was undercooked, which was unacceptable. The service was just as disappointing. Our waitress barely checked on us, never asked how our food was, & didn't see if we needed anything throughout the meal. Overall, the food quality & lack of attentive service made for a poor dining experience. Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend this restaurant.
Amazing restaurant with truly authentic Indian flavors! This is, without a doubt, the best Indian food I've had in Montreal. Every dish is fresh, flavorful, & cooked to perfection.
One of the best parts is that it's a bring-your-own-alcohol (BYOB) restaurant, which makes it an excellent place to enjoy a meal with friends & family.
I highly recommend the Chicken Tikka Masala, Chicken Korma, Butter Chicken, Shrimp Biryani, & Soya Chaap Kadai. Honestly, it's hard to go wrong-everything on the menu is delicious!
If you're looking for authentic Indian cuisine with great quality & a welcoming atmosphere, this place is an absolute must-visit. Highly recommended!
Awesome food, great service. We ordered late night food, & the taste & quality of food felt like I was eating in India. The servers did not complain though it was so late in night, & they served gracefully even though we ordered more stuff to order. We ate extra dal tadka & jeera rice, though we were not hungry just because it was so delicious. Highly recommended!
Absolutely loved my experience here! The food was delicious, cooked to perfection, & served fresh. What really stood out was the excellent service the staff was incredibly welcoming, attentive, & made the whole evening special. Highly recommend!
