I placed an order last night, but unfortunately the entire order was delivered cold. I ordered paneer tikka masala & a buy-1-get-1 deal on tandoori roti. I was supposed to receive 8 rotis in total, but I only received 2.
I also tried contacting customer support for more than 5-10 minutes after receiving the order, but nobody responded. This was very disappointing because the food quality was poor & a large part of my order was missing.
I would appreciate it if you could look into this issue & provide an appropriate refund or compensation for the missing items & poor service.
Great indian food, service was very warm & they were accommodating. Recommend the Lamb Saab.
They really have to change the QR codes for the menu, it forces you to watch an ad!

I & my friend came to your restaurant location cote vertu 217 Boulevard Cote Vertu Ouest, Saint-Laurent, Quebec H4N 0A4 at 2 am in the night to eat I ordered 3 layer roti & egg curry 3 layers roti was such that 2 layer that is fine or egg curry taste masala egg curry or masala mein diffrent till here it is fine last order one lachha paratha I got the same order which was 2 layer roti cutting or lachha paratha without cutting items same chef behavior not good tandoor chef not good he looked at the guest the first time at the front & at the billing time sat at the front with full attitude as if he was the owner himself but the service was good he asked me 3 times for lachha but my masala egg was already cold I requested the service member to order my Billing service was very good but the behaviour of the kitchen staff was not good, only the tandoor chef

Its bad to eat & have extreme food colour
& the Manchurian bolls time half boil Potato I expected good & tasty food
But they delivered worst

I ordered paneer chilli & onion bhaji first time & I'm very disappointed for this type of food their is no taste I had never eat this type of food I recommend the people do not order the food in this restaurant this is a waste of money 😡
