Les bagels sont excellents, avec une qualité irréprochable. Mention spéciale pour le bagel au smoked meat, absolument délicieux.

Trop long & pas très bon. Jai attendu 20-25 minutes pour un bagel moin bon que ceux qui sortent de mon toaster. Heureusement, jai pu passer le temps d'attente interminable en rigolant de tout ce qui clochait dans l'établissement avec un inconnu dans la meme situation que moi. Ah ce quon as rit. Premièrement du gars qui fesais cuire une quantité de bagels absolument exagéré alors qu'il avait presque plus de clients. Garder quelques bagels d'avance je veux bien, mais la j'estime qu'il y en avait au moins 300 de préparé d'avance. Ensuite il y avait l'employée chargée de prendre les commandes qui semblait pouvoir explosé a tout moment. Lorsque que je lui ai poser une question sur le menu, jai presque eu peur pour ma vie en voyant son regard. Sans doute avait elle eu une dure journée, mais cela mérite quand meme d'être mentionné. Il y a plein d'autre chose que je pourrait vous dire a propos de mon expérience, mais je commence a me sentir ringard a écrire une review aussi longue a propos d'un resto de bagels. Si vous voulez rigoler pourquoi pas, mais si vous voulez bien manger ou que vous êtes pressé, à éviter.

First thing I ate in Montréal was the Kettleman Konscious, which is a 100% plant-based gravlax bagel sandwich. It was pretty good & I'm glad they have that option!
I work across the street & have tried this place a few times. Never had a good meal or decent service. First time they mixed up our orders (we were 3) & the food was very slow to come even if the place was near empty. Tasted just ok.
Thinking it was just an off day, I returned a few months later & had the exact same experience. Wont be going back.
To any tourists thinking this is what a Montreal bagel is... no, it isnt. Go with the traditional places to live the real experience.
I had ordered the combo with tatter tots. This is what they gave me. When i went to the counter to ask why there were so little. They didnt seem to care
With how good I know bagels can be now in montreal this one really doesnt set the mark. We got the veggie bagel & it was pretty middle of the road. The bagel itself was decent but the mushrooms in it was clammy & cold & none of the other veggies were really that good either. I have no idea why the mushrroms were so cold & clammy but it really through me off every bite. Its not expensive & its quick so i can see why someone going to work might swing in to get one but I would recomend just doing a spread or something.

Given we have already visited a number of other locations in Ontario, we decided to give this location a try while in Montreal. & it didn't disappoint! Besides the obvious delicious bagels, this time we were impressed with the fantastic customer service. Thank you to the two bakers who made our son feel extremely special while visiting your store. After standing in front of the glass for approximately ten minutes watching the bakers make various bagels, they made him a special little bagel. It was unnecessary but very much appreciated. We will definitely be back next time in Montreal. 🇨🇦🥯
First time in Montreal, we discover that a local specialty is BAGELS (I thought New York had the monopoly of that), & upon the recommendation of the staff in our hotel for a good place nearby, we rush to Kettlemans to check it out. Well, we were not disappointed: the bagels are very good, with all the necessary condiments (various types of cream cheese, lox, onions, etc.). Staff was friendly & efficient, the place is new, clean & well organised. We will go back.
