"Bright and sleek spot for Cambodian eats. The Khuy Teav Phnom Penh rice noodles (either broth in or out) is pretty good. The lemongrass beef sandwich lunch special is really satisfying too. My favorite discovery though was the pandan tea - so warm with that little kick of sweetness."
