"Since I moved to Verdun two months ago, this has become my new favourite spot. I'm obsessed with their Kuy Teav soup and their lemongrass chicken. The soup is so flavourful and i like that it's lighter than pho broth which usually has a substantial layer of beef fat floating on top - this broth is so light and flavourful without all that extra fat...."
