Quelle belle découverte au coeur du Vieux-Montréal. Nous avons passé un moment vraiment agréable & tout était délicieux.

La qualité des plats est au rendez-vous. J'ai particulièrement apprécié la cuisson de la viande, qui était tendre & parfaitement préparée. Le service était attentionné & l'ambiance chaleureuse. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter.

Une très bonne expérience globale au Keg Vieux-Montréal, bien qu'un peu contrastée.
Côté assiette, c'était un sans-faute : le steak New York était tout simplement délicieux. Alors oui, le prix est relativement élevé, mais il reste justifié par la grande qualité de la viande & le respect parfait de la cuisson demandée. Un vrai régal!
Je retire cependant une étoile pour le service, qui s'est révélé moyen. Notre serveuse, Melissa, s'est montrée très avare en explications (au sujet des boissons, de la carte, du type de viande,...) & donnait clairement l'impression d'être plutôt pressée de libérer notre table pour le service suivant, alors que le restaurant n'était pas plein.
Une fois l'addition & les tips bien payés, aucun sourire; juste au revoir & next !
C'est un peu dommage pour un établissement de ce type où l'on s'attend à un accueil un tout petit peu plus chaleureux & attentionné.
Je recommande tout de même vivement pour la qualité de la viande !

Nous sommes allés souper samedi soir. La nourriture était bonne, même si le contre-filet était un peu trop gras. Notre serveuse était cordiale, souriante & sympathique. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter.

I actually wanted to eat at another place but when I was turned away when I didn't have a reservation, I stumbled upon The Keg. I was initially put off because of the noisy bar & wanted a quiet dinner to myself. Then I found out they have a dining area separate from the bar & that sealed the deal. I wish I had gotten her name but my server was very nice & explained the specials & even asked if I had food allergies (I'm allergic to eggplant). The manager came back to follow up & reassured me that my food order didnt have it. What exceptional service! They also did this for another table & that is really amazing. Meat was great & the pricing was well worth it. Thank you for a lovely dinner & would definitely come again. Next time, I'll make room for your dessert!

Went there for prime rib. They took our orders only for them to tell us after appetizers were served that they ran out! But they served prime rib to the table next to us who came in after us. They did comp the break but they ruined our mood.
