I've been going to Kazu for years & it has consistently remained a great place! Everything I've had has been delicious (especially the house tofu, green beans, handrolls, & cod), the service is excellent, the atmosphere is lively, & I'm always looking forward to the next visit.

Line moved quickly & food was tasty. A recent review said they aren't open on Sundays but they are it just opens at 5pm (which is clearly stated in their hours lol) They have a homemade tofu soup only offered on Sundays & that was what I personally wanted to try & it was so cozy & delicious 😋 can't wait to go back & try more next time we visit Montreal! Xx

Everything we got was delicious. Favorite was probably the fried mushrooms with mashed potatoes.

This was my third time at Kazu, & this place still feels very magical to me. The food is absolutely fabulous. The staff is so lovely. We wanted to order a plate of fried mushrooms & unfortunately they were out, but the chef still managed to send us a small plate of it made from leftover. We were so thankful, & I'd even say it was our favorite dish. A hidden gem in Montreal truly ❤?

Worth the 45 minute wait outside. It was Saturday evening. We got there around 7:30 PM. Had the salmon burger, 48 hr pork, kalbi beef & the beef shoulder - wow so good! Great friendly service too

Food is incredible, staff is hardworking & cheerful, the ambiance is busy but that's part of Kazu's charm.

Best restaurant I've tried in Montreal so far. The line never ended, so come early & come often.

Chiraishi-zushi was great, the chicken yakitori was also great, but the best thing for me was the chicken soup Nomemono. So flavourful it warmed my soul.

Thank you to the Kazu team for an amazing meal! I'll be back!
