Katsu Sushi apparaît comme une adresse où la fraîcheur et la saveur des plats séduisent, les sushis et sashimis étant préparés à la commande et le choix varié offrant un excellent rapport qualité-prix, notamment avec la formule à volonté. Le service est généralement rapide et courtois, l'ambiance est chaleureuse et propice à un repas convivial entre amis ou en famille, et le poisson reste frais et varié. Des améliorations ponctuelles sont notées ici et là sur le service et la propreté, et l'apport de vin a évolué, mais dans l'ensemble l'expérience reste très positive et beaucoup parlent d'une cuisine de qualité et d'un cadre agréable qui incitent à revenir.
The service was absolutely what I have come to expect from Katsu, however the seating arrangement left much to be desired. I am not one to leave nasty reviews normally, but I was squeezing through tables, & had to fall into my seat trying to avoid hitting someone else's table. As much as it is difficult to arrange many 2 person tables on Valentine's day, I sincerely had higher hopes than this.
The food was absolutely not what I've come to expect, & I sincerely hope this was some sort of a fluke. The fish tasted frozen, the miso soup was nearly tasteless, & the best thing on the table was the edamame. I am so saddened to see such poor quality here.
visited them during the re-opening special & was quite impressed the quality of the sushi considering the price! They have a great variety of sushi dishes & all of our items arrived within minutes of ordering them despite being quite busy! I would recommend sticking to their sushi as some of the other menu items like sesame beef aren't as impressive. One thing I'd want on their menu is seaweed salad as it's a classic but I would gladly come back again if I was in the area!

Definitely the best all you can eat sushi around! You scan the QR code & order from your phone throughout dinner. The different types of salmons are to die for!! Expect it to be a simple neighborhood restaurant that focuses on the food quality! It's never a miss when we go there!
Excellent service! Delicious & high quality products. One of my favourite restaurants in Montreal area. I had 2 kids with me that also loved this place. If you like sushis, sashimis & Asiatic food, this is your place.
This was one time where the google reviews were accurate! Based on these reviews, combined with the delivery option we tried this place & are so glad we did! Far exceeded expectations, much better quality than all you can eat buffets! The quality & portions are excellent! My kids said this was their favorite sushi as well, loving the futo maki. Also like to see that they don't use the "pinkish" ginger. Just one thing, you must reserve! Thank you Katsu Sushi. I recommend to all.
Me & my family just had the best sushi we've ever had! Katsu Sushi Is a small, comfortable, casual, zen like restaurant worth visiting. Everything is made fresh. We tried several things & we both loved every bite.... especially the dragons eyes. Compared to traditional sesame sauce, they enhance it with 3 differents sauce: spicy mayo, unagi & sesame sauce! The cut, flavour , quality & presentation, 2nd to none. They have only been opened 3 months, Go before word gets out & you have to beg to get in.

We visited the Katsu Sushi in late August with our family.
As there were eight of us, we came early & the restaurant was very accomodating. My brother in law is vegetarian & the chef made special vegetarian that were amazing.
The quality of the food was brilliant. They were all very good. The hokomaki was more traditional with the Maki being the "fusion".
The portions were generous & the fish fresh. The flavour combinations were interesting & we found them delicious.There is a huge choices which I personally found refreshing & easier to order.
