I have visited this @karahipoint in @montreal today on my way to US. The food was definitely the best but other than that the atmosphere, ambience, decor & above all the hospitality of the servers were amazing. The over all dining experience at a new place with fingers crossed were worth a review. Couldn't took pictures of the food because I completely forgot after taking the first bite of everything we ordered. Nihari was top notch, biryani was very tasty, channay reminds me of of Pakistani street naan channay, & chicken karahi was also very delectable. Same naans & garlic naans were hot served & tasty.
Must try this restaurant if you happen to pass through Montreal.
I went this restaurant today & the food was amazing. Vrushti served us. It was excellent customer service & it's a must visit. If you're visiting from Ontario. This is a must stop for the such delicacy.
Thank you for the amazing food & service. Veer was very kind to us!
With a lot of expectations we ordered dish with the recommendation but it became my worst experience for dinner as the dish was not up to mark & disappointing flavours.
If you can't prepare the dish as per its name the. Atleast don't keep it over your menu.
Please don't order paneer tikka & chicken tikka as both have the same tomato gravy with soft panner not tikka panner also gravy is a lot tangy & naan is not with butter.
Daal & paneer butter masala would be better option.
It's just off the main road with ample parking & easy access for wheelchair. Curb appeal at front of the entrance looks very run down & not very appealing in line with the area itself . Once inside it's doesn't change much . Staff seemed very friendly & menu is large . We ordered lamb palak with two naan breads. Within 5 mos the food arrived . Huge portion of lamb palak was ore than enough for us both.
Nan was fresh from the tandoori but obviously the lamb palak was precooked & heated up . The lamb was very chewy & tough so not really worth it. Usually this type of tough meat is due to the animal being old which makes it tough to cook & usually not tasty . I would rather have a safer portion but tasty & soft enough younger lamb which is chewable & edible without difficulty. Overall not a good first tie experience at all .
