Karahi Point specializes in authentic Pakistani and Indian cuisine, emphasizing the traditional preparation of meat and vegetable dishes cooked in heavy cast-iron woks. The menu features signature karahi preparations where fresh spices, ginger, and tomatoes create deep, complex flavor profiles that define the establishment. Patrons select from a wide variety of protein options, including tender goat and chicken, all served alongside freshly baked naan from the clay oven. The atmosphere centers on the aromatic intensity of charcoal-grilled tandoori specialties and slow-cooked curries. Ingredients are selected to maintain the bold, spicy authenticity characteristic of the regional culinary traditions offered here. Each dish undergoes a rigorous cooking process to ensure that the heat levels and spice balances align with the classic expectations of Pakistani street-style preparation in a focused, unpretentious environment.

Bihari kebab tasted too strongly of saffron which isn't very typical, but the texture was very good. Keema biriyani - delicious. Wish it came with aloo! (Potato) Chicken karahi was good but had fragments of small bones here & there. It was also missing chillies & ginger. Roghni naan was tasty & came in fresh & hot. Nice raita too. Good chai & dessert selection. It was very busy, looks like they don't have enough servers but the ones they had were working hard & running around a lot. Despite how busy place was we got our food fairly quickly. Would be nice if they had more staff to clean tables & assist as you'd be waiting a while to be able to place your order. Very well rounded meal.
We had a wonderful dining experience at Karai Point in Montreal on last weekend! We ordered tandoori chicken, biryani, daal makhani with garlic naan, & plain rice. Everything was flavorful, fresh, & full of authentic South Asian flavors.
The tandoori chicken was juicy & perfectly seasoned, & the biryani was aromatic & delicious. The daal makhani was creamy, rich, & comforting, while the garlic naan was soft & fresh-perfect with the daal. The plain rice was also cooked perfectly & complemented the dishes nicely.
The portions were generous, & everything tasted homemade & satisfying. Overall, a great place to enjoy Pakistani/Indian food in Montreal with family or friends. Definitely recommend Karai Point & would love to visit again! ❤?🍗🍚🫓
Karahi chicken was juicy, tender, rich in unforgettable flavors. Vrushti & Veer are super friendly, fast, & attentive. The restaurant is family friendly, comfortable, & good for conversations.
I am from Toronto visiting Montreal
Searched for some restaurants & found Karahi Point.
Take away order, signature karahi dark without bones, chicken seekh kebab & chicken boti.
Everything was excellent
I have visited other branches in Toronto & Mississauga too & the food here was also as good as was there on those locations
Excellent food & great service! The Peshawari halal chicken Karahi was absolutely delicious-full of authentic flavor & cooked perfectly. A special thanks to Veer for the outstanding service. She was friendly, attentive, & made our dining experience even better. Highly recommend this place, & we'll definitely be coming back!
I ordered the Karahi Chicken, & it was a very disappointing experience. The chicken tasted like it had been boiled separately & then added to a half-cooked gravy at the end, rather than being cooked together with the spices as a proper karahi should be. The gravy lacked depth of flavour & taste. Although the restaurant looks beautiful from inside.
I have visited this @karahipoint in @montreal today on my way to US. The food was definitely the best but other than that the atmosphere, ambience, decor & above all the hospitality of the servers were amazing. The over all dining experience at a new place with fingers crossed were worth a review. Couldn't took pictures of the food because I completely forgot after taking the first bite of everything we ordered. Nihari was top notch, biryani was very tasty, channay reminds me of of Pakistani street naan channay, & chicken karahi was also very delectable. Same naans & garlic naans were hot served & tasty.
Must try this restaurant if you happen to pass through Montreal.
