I had an awful experience last night at the restaurant. Prior to going to the restaurant, I called & confirmed if they had space for 3 people & they said yes they have alot of space. Then I asked them to reserve for 3 people. I drove almost 30 mins to get to the restaurant & as soon as I walked in, we were recieved by a waitress.

I told her that I had reservations, but she kept telling me oh I need to have tables empty for the party of 8 people. Mind you the restaurant was half empty & there were alot of tables empty already.

I was still respectful to the waitress but I did not appreciate her being impolite to us despite the earlier call & a reservation.

Anyways, she decided to give us a table close to the bathroom, instead we requested to have another table on the other empty half of the restaurant. Yet, she again, impolitly, rolled her eyes & kept complaining that a party of 8 people would show up.

Finally, she decided to give us an extreme corner table. It was so hot there & there was no ventilation or AC at all.

She gave us the menu & then disappeared. We were waiting for a long time to order, despite knowing what items we wanted to order, there was no waitress to order. Then sadly we had to leave the restaurant without eating.

I have been a loyal customer since the first days this restaurant opened but last night did not meet the high standards of Karahi Point.

I hope Karahi point looks into this. Thanks
