Le serveur a pris du temps pour se présenter & nous dire qu'il va être notre serveur. Au final, il n'est jamais venu nous voir. Il passait son temps à parler au bar & avec sa collègue laquelle par contre, nous a bien servi. On aurait mis service 0, mais Samantha nous a donné un bon service, elle était rapide & efficace. Le serveur a fait 0 travail. Pas de question si tout va bien, un visage de jugement dès qu'on a dit qu'on ne boit pas. On est des clients réguliers , mais on n'est plus certains qu'on va revenir...
Came here while on vacation & we had a great time! Went on a Friday night & had no wait. There was a 2-hour time limit for all you can eat including sushi! There is a $1/wasted food fine if you cant finish what you order though. We thought every single item we ate tasted amazing. Only thing we would change is have more meat variety, more vegetable options & more dipping/seasoning sauces. Otherwise we had an elite time! Things we tried: volcano roll, scallops, crab stick, spring roll, rice, Kimchi, cucumbers, lamb, beef, sweet bun, ice cream

Just pay because you are the one who make the mistake. 1 FREE ICE CREAM PER PERSON !! Don't other huge portion of sushi !! NO RESERVATIONS NEED TO WAIT 10 TO 1H ( MAX 2H PER TABLE )

J'ai été au Kalbi hier le 30 mars 2024 a 20:30 avec mes amis, nous étions un groupe de 12 personnes reparties sur 2 tables. Premièrement, je n'ai jamais reçu un service si pauvre & irrespectueux. Les commandes étaient manquantes & lorsqu'on reçoit, c'est froid. On a souvent du rappelé au serveur qu'on a fait une commande & qu'on a pas tout reçu. De plus c'était l'anniversaire d'une amie ils nous ont amené le gâteau sans assiette ni ustensiles! Pour finir, en payant chacun nos factures nous nous sommes rendus comptes que le serveur nous a imposé un pourboire de 18% sans notre accord en nous disant que c'était la loi & qu'il avait le droit de nous charger un pourboire parce qu'on était plus que 6 personnes. Nous nous sommes mis ensemble pour aller déposer une plainte auprès de la protection du consommateur pour ce méfait. En plus, il ne nous a jamais avisé qu'il allait nous charger un pourboire. Il l'a non seulement fait à notre insu & lors qu'on la questionné il a menti en nous disant que c'était la loi!
I would recommend trying this when it's not rush hour (lunch or dinner time) because the food you ordered will either be forgotten or will be super delayed. Their food is decent, but not excellent, & I liked the variety compared to some of the KBBQ's I've tried. I absolutely LOVE their sauce, it might be gochujang I don't remember, but it was sweet & a little to no spicy at all. Their staff are very nice though but we had to wait for like 5 minutes before we were seated even though it wasn't busy at all. Their robot server was cute, too, but not convenient DURING rush hour. We ordered so much stuff but we never received most of it so it was a little disappointing - though we went around 11:30. Parking is limited so I would recommend walking or bus. The stairs leading up to the restaurant is VERY steep, just a warning.
Food is fine, they were out of two drinks we wanted. Our waiters/waitresses were nice but many times they forgot to bring us our drinks, & food. Also the system had issues & even though we ordered some stuff, sometimes it came twice or not at all, another time we had to directly ask them "hey you forgot our drinks" & only then did they tell us the kitchen was out of these, but it was not indicated on the system (phone ) to order. Ultimately we changed what we wanted & ended up having a great night. It is a very friendly & communal vibe, the choices they have is vast & I was happily surprised at some of the options(did no expect them to taste good.) I dont recommend the fish, but I do recommend the beer Tsingtao(I'm not a drinker or a beer person, but it paired nicely with the grilled meat). *dumplings, ribs, beer, mussels were my finds of the night, & which I would recommend. I don't think its wheelchair accessible, the stairs to enter are very steep, & unless they have a secret entry at the back, I dont see how someone could enter the establishment. Technically if you had someone who could lift you up, all their tables have enough space that it could fit a wheelchair, but definitely no wheelchair entry. Final word, the machine is so cute, its sorta not perfect it hits wall, & stuff but it makes little faces like happy or sad or angry so 10/10 would give a tip to the robot carrying trays
