In June 2017, Mario Durante and Gianni Iermieri, two longtime friends, decided to go into business together. They chose to take over an existing café in order to bring to life a project they had been dreaming of for years. With a great deal of determination and effort, they finally opened Kaffeteca.

Wonderful café with amazing service! We arrived about 30 minutes before closing, & the owner was kind enough to welcome us & made me a smoked salmon sandwich from scratch & it was absolutely delicious! The atmosphere was cozy, the food was fresh, & the service was genuinely thoughtful. We really enjoyed our visit & will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!
