I've been to this sushi place more than 20 times. Every time I try a different sushi spot, it never compares to Kaedo Sushi.
So, I think it's finally time to write a review for this hidden gem!
First, try to book at least two days in advance if you want a table. They're very organized, & I've never had to wait even a minute at the door when I arrived with a reservation.
Now, the best part, the food!
Their menu is full of a variety of delicious options. I'm not a fan of ordering grilled beef, chicken, or similar dishes at a Japanese restaurant, so I always go for their sushi & sashimi. It's always fresh & incredibly tasty. The quality is consistent, & they never disappoint me.
The service is just as good. The waitstaff are attentive, they walk around frequently & clear your table as soon as you're done eating, so it never gets cluttered with empty plates.
All in all, I definitely recommend this place. It's a hidden gem in Montreal!

We have been going to this sushi restaurant for years now. Consistently very good food & fast service. No wonder that this restaurant is fully booked even on a Monday. Highly recommend it!
Showed up with no reservation. Place was packed, but the orders still came out lightning fast & with no mistakes. Food was great- the avocado was super fresh & rich tasting, & the torched salmon nigiri was actually incredible. Far surpassed my expectations.

Quel service! Rapide & courtois. En français en plus! Tous nos plats étaient excellents & chauds. Que dire des petites brochettes de poulet & du poulet Général Tao. Je vais y retourner c'est certain!
