June is the story of four friends who wanted to bring everyone together in one place, to share, discuss, laugh, and confide. A bit like a village tavern, like the ones we grew up with in Provence. We wanted to bring out that little touch of craziness that we all have, mix cultures like Montreal teaches us to do, mix ages and differences, and above all, show great conviviality in a place that reflects us.

June Buvette is an excellent choice for a cozy, intimate dinner in Montreal! I recommend making a reservation ahead of time as they got quite busy when we dined here. The interior is dimly lit with simple yet elegant decorations. The servers here are very helpful & attentive & can help with any questions about the menu.
We chose to get one table d'hôte along with another appetizer to share. For our table d'hôte starter, we chose the oyster mushrooms. They were cooked extremely well & paired well with the pickled shallots. Our other appetizer was the fried calamari. The squid was lightly fried & crispy with a classic sweet & sour sauce.
For our main, we had the beef flank steak. It was perfectly cooked medium-rare & so tender. The steak slices were topped with large onion rings & served with a really creamy, delicious purée & pepper sauce.
The highlight of our meal had to be the bread pudding. It was so sweet & rich. The lemon crumble added a crunch & bright flavor that contrasted the rich taste of the bread pudding.
June Buvette was absolutely one of the best meals I had in Montreal. Come here for both the wonderful food & lively atmosphere!
Le service offert par Maxime a été tout simplement exceptionnel. Ses recommandations de vins étaient parfaitement adaptées & ont vraiment rehaussé l'expérience.
Du côté des plats, tout était d'une grande qualité : savoureux, bien exécuté & visiblement préparé avec soin.

Très bon restaurant: l'ambiance, la bonne bouffe & le vin sélectionné du jour à petits prix... on aime ça par ces temps-ci ! Je recommande fortement. Le carpaccio, la brochette de canard & pétoncles: excellent !
Tellement un belle ambiance au June. L'équipe est super accueillante, on a l'impression d'être à la maison entre copain autour d'un bon repas. Petite mention spéciale pour Ghislain notre serveur au top.

Je suis allée un vendredi soir avec une amie, en béquilles suite à une fracture du tibia. Même si notre table n'était pas prête, le personnel m'a tout de suite installée confortablement & servi de l'eau; une attention très appréciée ! Le service a été exceptionnel : personnel chaleureux & attentionné, notre serveur connaissait parfaitement le menu, faisait de bonnes recommandations & venait régulièrement vérifier que tout allait bien. On se sent vraiment considéré. Les cocktails étaient excellents, & ils ont même changé celui de mon amie qui n'avait pas aimé son premier choix. La nourriture était délicieuse, notamment les calamars frits, frais & croustillants, & les plats à partager parfaits pour une belle soirée. Un endroit superbe, esthétique & intime, idéal entre amis ou en petits groupes. Un vrai coup de coeur !
We reserved for 20 people for a birthday & it was great. Restaurant gave us options of different set menus (with different price points) to choose from before our arrival & also let us bring our own cake & balloons. The agreed-upon minimum spend for our group was very reasonable & fair. They set us up in a semi-private room with our own bartender where it was a serve-yourself style dinner. All the staff was very welcoming, nice & accommodating, & the food was absolutely delicious, with several non-meat available options. 11/10 would recommend in a heart beat & will definately be back in a large group setting.

Loved the live jazz! Was an awesome evening on the terrace, food was decent, somewhat overpriced for what it is. Would return, good date place or to come with friends. Waiters were friendly, however service at table could be improved, we sometimes waited a very long time between plates(to have a second order of food, as the waitress recommended).
Amazing experience at June Buvette! We were warmly welcomed by Félix, who provided excellent service. The food was fresh, creative, & absolutely delicious. I was blown away by their unique wines & cocktails-flavors I've never had before. The vibe is super chill & inviting. This place is a true Montreal gem. Can't wait to go back! Highly recommend! 🌟
Incredible first time ! My husband & I sat at the bar & the service was amazing ! Sami the bartender was great, as well as the other staff !! the drinks, the wine selection, THE FOOD !!
10/10 recommend & will definitely come back

3.5 - We really enjoyed the ambiance, however the service, food & cocktails were average. We felt the food could have used more seasonings & the cocktails were a bit watery for our taste. We recommend the grilled cabbage & oysters!
Wow. Place a essayer. Prix juste, bonne bouffe & super service. Je recommande sans hésitation. Paris Brest est malade. Bien bien aimé mon smash burger aussi.
We got 3 cocktails & 3 plates. The food was very mediocre for the price. Scallops were very tasty but you got two for $18. The tuna tartare a small portion was flavorless & came with two crackers. Would not recommend for the price. The last dish was the steak frites. Flank cut & although it was cooked to preference & the pepper sauce was tasty, the plate came to the table cold. Wanted to like this place because it was a nice ambiance & the server was very friendly. Would consider giving it another try in the future.
Really cute & trendy spot with a modern country x wine bar vibe. Really nice layout & not too loud. Our server gave us great recommendations for wines & was very friendly. The food was fine, but quite pricey for the size. Would recommend going for drinks & small bites.
Beautifull restaurant with a small but delicious menu ! It does get really loud inside but you have the beautiful outdoor patio ! I recommend for a nice little diner with friend
