On nous accueille avec un menu en anglais & il a fallu insister pour en avoir un en français & la serveuse avait l'air de nous trouver exigeantes. Cette dernière prend la commande de café de mon amie, mais pas la mienne. Je réussis finalement à lui demander un café qu'elle me sert sans sucre, sans crème & sans cuillère. J'ai rarement été aussi mal servie.
Français de passage en vacances, mon cousin qui vit à Montréal m'a fait découvrir Juliette & Chocolat. Tout était très bon, & mention spéciale pour le cookie qui était excellent. Le service est au top, merci Axel !
C'est tellement dommage... j'avais un très bon souvenir de ce lieu.. malheureusement, rien n'est arrivé en même temps. Mon conjoint a tout d'abord eu son cookies, puis une quinzaine de minute après j'ai eu mon fondant au chocolat (qui était froid donc j'ai demandé de le réchauffer). Finalement j'ai du attendre environ 10mn de plus pour qu'il soit tjrs froid & qu'il fonde pas (ils l'ont bien chauffé puis il est resté sur le comptoir, puis ils en ont réchauffé un autre). Pour finir nous avons eu les boissons en dernier! Le chocolat de mon conjoint était froid ! Je mets 3 étoiles car le serveur a fait un geste commercial, mais je ne retournerai pas à cet endroit
J'ai commandé un brownie intense avec une promo uber eats. Malheureusement, j'ai rencontré un problème lors de la livraison. j'ai pu parler avec un des gérants par téléphone qui a tout de suite cherché à solutionner le problème, s'est montré très professionnel & aidant. Un grand merci Axel, au plaisir de déguster d'autres délicieux brownies chez J&C! 😊

Depuis des années nous aimons manger un petit dessert en famille chez Juliette & chocolat. C'est toujours agréable & bien sucré. Notre dernier passage était vraiment WOW extra, & grâce à l'équipe. Un gros merci de votre patience & de votre gentillesse avec notre famille. ❤ c'était très agréable de voir une belle équipe heureuse.
Located direct in the Jean-Talon market this is a great place for a dessert & coffee if you have a sweet tooth you will not be disappointed. A bit pricey but a relaxed atmosphere & great location

I recently stopped by Juliette & Chocolat in Little Italy for a coffee with a brownie & cookie. Both treats were delicious-crunchy, fresh, & perfectly paired with the coffee. The service was professional & friendly, making for an all-around great experience. Highly recommend for a sweet treat in the area!
