Ok , so we went to this location to get dessert as I ordered the creme brule brownie which was tiny for the price, but fullfilled my sweet tooth.. I ordered as well one scoop of icecream in which they placed it in a mini plastic cup ! The one that restos place sauces in.. I mean i paid 4 extra bucks for what exactly? Anyhow, as for the service , a girl that served was nice but hardly knew how to punch in the order & a guy that was there did not speak English at all... i mean not that this matters cause im bilingual & we are in "Quebec" 🙄 but when working with the public especially when the person i was with was from the States & actually paid & interacted with this worker could have at least spoken English respectfully..Sorry but not coming back here ! Good luck..

Nice juliette & chocolat that recently opened. Honestly the best one I've seen so far. It's very big & classy inside with plenty of space. The staff are nice & service is fast. I don't have a big sweet tooth but everyone that I bring really likes their dessert. I usually just get coffee but their hot chocolate is very good!

Belle soirée à cette succursale de Juliette & Chocolat, tout ce qu'on a mangé était délicieux surtout le sorbet à la framboise pour le spécial Saint-Valentin! Si je peux me permettre de faire quelques commentaires constructifs les voici: - Le service était un peu lent ce qui a joué un peu sur la température des plats servis. Il n'y avait que deux jeunes filles au service sur l'heure du rush. Elles étaient très polies & professionnelles malgré tout! - L'ambiance serait beaucoup plus « cozy » si les lumières pouvaient être légèrement tamisées ou changées pour un ton chaud car j'avouerais qu'avec l'arbre lumineux en addition ça fait un peu stérile. Point positif pour le décor & pour la musique qui était très agréable & nostalgique. - Le propriétaire était allait voir les clients pour s'assurer que tout allait bien ce qui est bien apprécié!

The most delicious chocolate in town. The staff are amazing. Above that thier generosity is on another level. It was awesome 👌 experience.

They have amazing staffs that are always welcoming & smiling. The place is beautiful & cozy & the food is good. I recommend you to try the savoyarde salted crepe but made in a sweet crepe instead of the normal sarrasin paste. For dessert, we took the classic waffle & the fondue juliette & chocolat & it was very delicious too.
