Nothing to say about the service other than it was very obviously understaffed, but that's not the server's fault. She was still very kind & offered us a dessert for compensation even though it arrived frozen & uneatable.
I ordered the crepe with Nutella, chocolate & bananas. It tasted fine upon arrival, but the second I got home it all come out & I got food poisoning. Other than the fact that I ended up puking everything in my guts the following 8 hours & became so dehydrated I had to drown myself with electrolytes, I still don't understand how a crepe could have caused this? It such a simple recipe, so is the kitchen contaminated? Or their fruits? Crepe batter? No idea.
Order from their with caution is all i'm gonna say.

Un vrai bonheur chez Juliette & Chocolat
Chocolats & desserts incroyables, ambiance agréable & service au top. 100 % satisfait, je recommande sans hésiter !
J'avais gardé un bon souvenir de ce restaurant après y avoir dîné à Noël dernier. Malheureusement, l'expérience vécue aujourd'hui a été tout simplement scandaleuse. Le service était lamentable, le lieu d'une saleté choquante, & trouver un cheveu dans mon dessert a été la goutte de trop. Un tel manque d'hygiène & de professionnalisme est inacceptable. Je n'y remettrai plus jamais les pieds & je déconseille vivement cet établissement.
Beau restaurant, mais le service était pourri & la bouffe médiocre.
Je suis une grande fan de Juliette & Chocolat depuis l'ouverture, mais cette succursale n'est pas du tout aux normes de qualité.
J'ai commandé une crêpe Savoyarde à la dinde, mais ce n'était pas de la dinde pressée comme habituellement, mais un espèce de salami de dinde ultra salé & gras.
Deuxièmement, le service à été très mauvais. Les jeunes femmes présentes ne connaissaient pas le menu, n'étaient pas attentives à la salle à manger & l'une à même arrêtée de servir pour aller s'asseoir & jaser avec une tablée même si les clients attendaient pour être servis. Après plus de 30 minutes d'attente avec nos assiettes vides, on s'est levée pour aller à la caisse pour payer même si on avait l'intention au départ de prendre un dessert.
Finalement, je comprends que ce restaurant s'est adapté à la clientèle du secteur en ne servant pas de jambon/porc, mais ça devrait être mieux annoncé sur le menu ou à la porte.
New:I visited again recently after my first visit, & unfortunately, the place has become noticeably less clean. The staff are also much slower than before.
The coffee is very delicious, the dessert is good, & the decor & vibe are lovely.

f you're looking for a cozy, feel-good spot to relax, this is the place to be! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming & charming. The smell of fresh cake, crib & rich coffee fills the air-pure comfort.
I tried their chocolate cake, & wow-it was moist, rich, & absolutely decadent. Paired with a smooth cappuccino, it was the perfect treat. They also have a great variety of desserts & drinks, so there's something for every sweet tooth.
The staff are friendly, helpful, & always smiling, which adds to the wonderful experience. Whether you're stopping by for a quick coffee or staying longer to unwind or chat with friends, Chocolate, Cake & Crib is the kind of place that makes you feel at home.

Un véritable coup de coeur ! Café Juliette & Chocolat est l'endroit parfait pour les amateurs de chocolat & de douceurs. L'ambiance est chaleureuse, le personnel est toujours souriant & accueillant. Les desserts sont tout simplement divins, en particulier le fondant au chocolat, un régal pour les papilles ! Le café est aussi excellent, idéal pour une pause gourmande. Une adresse à ne pas manquer si vous êtes à Montréal. J'y retournerai sans hésiter !
I want to share 2 extremely different experiences in just couple of days difference 1st experience was so lovely with very nice manger & waiters on Thursday Sept 26 nice songs for Fayrouz nice service nice place to have cafe & work in lovely atmosphere as I enjoy services, drinks & atmosphere so much I decide to go again today spend more time. Unfortunately when I went today sept 27 in the beg every thing was perfect nice waiter & nice atmosphere till the manger came mid of day around 4pm decide to put loud English music & for sure today is Friday place was Little bit crowded not like yesterday . I have request from lovely waiter for 3 times is it possible to lower music I have bad headache, what was surprising that on the opposite music became more louder & when I asked again, the nice waiter advise it is the manager decision whom refuse to lower music to make atmosphere more nice, Disrespecting one of the clients whom stay more than 4-5 hours ordering 5 differnt drinks & desserts.Making my lovely experience disappeared because of his negative attitude& disrespect with no reason. Bearing in mind that 80% of clients today was over than 55-60y old & most of them are Arabic ladies or couples for the whole days which for sure not type whom enjoying loud music 😳😟 I am really disappointed so much from attitude of the manger & who make me will never thing to come again because of his unprofessional attitudes .

Amazing Experience at Juliette & Chocolate ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I recently visited Juliette & Chocolat, & it was truly an amazing experience! The ambiance was cozy & inviting, & the service was impeccable. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth & friendliness. The menu is a chocolate lover's dream, offering a variety of decadent treats that are simply irresistible. I tried their [mention a specific item you enjoyed, e.g., "Chocolate Fondue"], & it was out of this world! The rich flavors & perfect presentation made it a memorable treat. If you're looking for a place to indulge in some heavenly desserts, Juliette & Chocolat is the place to be. Highly recommended! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Love this new discovery for dessert & light meals. A few of their locations have closed recently, so we were ecstatic that we found this location in the St Laurent area. We had the La Chiquita crepe & the chocolate strawberry crepe. Both were excellent. The best news is that this location opens late, so it's perfect for an evening coffee &/or dessert
Mon copain & moi sommes allés au Juliette & Chocolat pour la première fois depuis de très nombreuses années. Nous sommes allés vers 22:00, après un excellent souper, pour manger un dessert. Nous avons été complètement déçus de l'expérience. Le décor est joli, mais c'est beaucoup trop éclairé. La musique est très forte, on ne s'entends pas parler. L'ambiance est plutôt familiale, mais pas du tout reposante. Nous avons commandé des gaufres qui sont arrivées complètement froides. Nous avons été surpris, car nous nous attendions à les avoir chaudes avec le coulis de chocolat (comme sur l'image dans le menu). Même le chocolat chaud n'était pas si chaud... Les desserts sont très lourds & très (trop?) sucrés. Je pense que le nouveau concept se veut plus familial. J'imagine que c'est ce qui est payant, dans le même genre que Chocolat Favoris. Il y a beaucoup de choix dans le menu, mais rien de vraiment recherché. On dirait que c'est du sucre, juste pour du sucre. Malheureusement, pour notre part, ce n'est pas du tout ce que nous recherchons comme restaurant de desserts. Je dois dire que le service reçu était excellent & rapide, par contre! 😉
I am going to edit this review. I am sorry about it but I had to do it as reviews are meant for customers, lik me, would read & frequent the place. Yes, I had been a few times, with my family,& liked it very much. Our son was visiting us, & we there for a treat. We ordered the usuals. The waitress took the order. After a long time, she came back with the order. Instead of two small Uncle Mario's ice cream shakes, she brought two large. We told her that we asked for two small shakes. She said, Oh, we don't serve small in winter...we do that only in summer, & that it is mentioned in the menu. My wife was not there when she served us these. When she came back, she asked why did they they serve large ones...I told them that this was what she said. My wife was surprised, & asked to see the waitress again. Another waitress came, & this time the answer given by the new waitress was, Oh, we only served the small to kids, & that it is mentioned in the menu. I asked to see the menu & there was no such indications in the menu at all. The waitress said that it is because it is a new menu. I was surprised with the quick answers given to us by the waitresses. We were in the midst of Winter, in January, & they served us the small Uncle Mario's ice cream shakes. & now, they are giving such answers. Actually, I should have mentioned this to me when I ordered the small in the first place. They just took the order first, & came with reasons for serving the wrong ones. I was disappointed 😞 ☹️ & upset that they lied & was dishonest about it. The owner was there, & he did not even bother to interfere & ask as to what happened. Also, another weird thing, we noticed was That the shake was thin compared to what they served before. It was sad because this was our go to place for desserts, but now I will leave it completely. Hopefully, the other locations will not so the same. This is my new review. I have not deleted my old review which follows this. I think customers should be careful as to what they order. I was also quite surprises the way the waitress was dishonest of the whole episode. We, as a family, loved this place. We have visited the same location thrice, & we have enjoyed the visit each time. The staff is warm & friendly. The desserts & the ice cream shakes are awesome. It is a good place to bring kids along to have fun.
