Beau restaurant, mais le service était pourri & la bouffe médiocre.
Je suis une grande fan de Juliette & Chocolat depuis l'ouverture, mais cette succursale n'est pas du tout aux normes de qualité.
J'ai commandé une crêpe Savoyarde à la dinde, mais ce n'était pas de la dinde pressée comme habituellement, mais un espèce de salami de dinde ultra salé & gras.
Deuxièmement, le service à été très mauvais. Les jeunes femmes présentes ne connaissaient pas le menu, n'étaient pas attentives à la salle à manger & l'une à même arrêtée de servir pour aller s'asseoir & jaser avec une tablée même si les clients attendaient pour être servis. Après plus de 30 minutes d'attente avec nos assiettes vides, on s'est levée pour aller à la caisse pour payer même si on avait l'intention au départ de prendre un dessert.
Finalement, je comprends que ce restaurant s'est adapté à la clientèle du secteur en ne servant pas de jambon/porc, mais ça devrait être mieux annoncé sur le menu ou à la porte.

We arrived & there was no one other than the worker. He told us to sit wherever we wanted. I ordered the lumberjack crepe & it was amazing. My s/o got the complete crepe & he enjoyed it as well. The only thing I'm'iffy' about is that we had broken plates & cups with chips & I took a sip of my water & felt the chip of the glass. We ordered a mango milkshake & it was kinda tasteless & not sweet whatsoever. We also got the house lemonade & it was awful. Wasn't sweet & was extremely sour. It was burning my throat. Creme brulee brownie was good can't complain. Wasn't amazing, but be warned it's very sweet. The worker working was on his phone & sitting which is fine if there nothing to do especially with no customers. Overall music was good & not too loud & I'm glad I came here to experience it but I won't be coming back lol

On a attendu vraiment longtemps avant que le serveur vient alors que la place était quand même vide. Les ustensiles étaient sales, quand on l'a dit au serveur il les a changé mais elles étaient encore tachées… J'avais demandé une boule de crème glacée en extra sur ma crêpe je l'ai même pas eu. Le design intérieur du café est beau c'est tout ce que j'ai aimé

We have been to Juliette & Chocolat for years! We come here every time we are in the city. We were sad to hear that several locations have shut down since COVID pandemic so we are happy this one is still open. We love the thick texture for their 70% grandma style hot chocolate & lumberjack crepe (recommended by owner)! We look forward to be back for many years to come!

The atmosphere & interior decor was really beautiful but unfortunately the service was very slow despite it being pretty empty. The quantity & quality has diminished from a couple years back. We got the caramelized banana sea salt crepe which was pretty good. Would probably go again just to get fondue or a coffee.

Endroit chic parfait pour une soirée familiale on est resté 2 min une jolie fille Hind est venu s'occuper de nous on a pris des crêpes on a trop aimé 🥰

Love this new discovery for dessert & light meals. A few of their locations have closed recently, so we were ecstatic that we found this location in the St Laurent area. We had the La Chiquita crepe & the chocolate strawberry crepe. Both were excellent. The best news is that this location opens late, so it's perfect for an evening coffee &/or dessert

I have visited several times. The first time, I ordered juice & a waffle; it was fresh & tasty. Yesterday, I had a crepe with cheese, zaatar, & spices-it was magnificent. Unlike the restaurants in Montreal, this one is fancy, elegantly decorated, & spacious. We were a large group celebrating Eid, & we appreciated the ample space. I enjoyed it & will definitely come back.

Absolutely delighted with my experience at Juliette & Chocolat in Laval! The service was impeccable from start to finish. A special shout-out to the lovely young lady who served us with a bright smile the entire time. Her warmth & professionalism made our visit truly memorable. The crepes were delicious, but it's the outstanding service that will keep me coming back. Bravo to the team, & especially to the wonderful server HIND. She deserves a hundred stars! ⭐️x100

Super ambiance, bonne musique & la nourriture était très bonne. Nous avons pris le fromage akawi & persil crêpe salé ainsi qu'un brownie. Les deux jeunes serveuses voilée était super cute & souriante. Merci Malak & Mariem👍🏼

The restaurant is new with a vibrant decoration. The staff is nice & friendly. However, the food was horrible. The crepe was more like bread. The Pistachio cream was not fresh at all ( even though it was out of a jar & not made by the restaurant ). the ice cream top was the best thing on the plate, & it had little to no flavor. Also the music was so loud

Le service impeccable, la crêpe de sarrazin excellente. Ma déception c'est de ne pas avoir de jambon même s'il est offert au menu. Je veux bien croire que le proprio soit de confession musulmane mais il se doit de l'offrir à la clientèle qui le demande. On doit payer un supplément pour du sirop, impossible de réchauffer le café, on doit payer le plein prix. Je n'y retournerai pas.

Bel endroit pour assouvir son envie de chocolat. On trouve plein de produits chocolat, du simple chocolat chaud au pizza au chocolat, bel ambiance à l'intérieur aussi. Un peu chère à mon avis, & c'est presque garantie de sortir la bien lourd & avec une over dose de chocolat, rester simple dans les classiques, un chocolat chaud traditionnel, un fondu aux fruits, crêpes, brownies, .. ça vaut le coup a l'occasion
