I am going to edit this review. I am sorry about it but I had to do it as reviews are meant for customers, lik me, would read & frequent the place. Yes, I had been a few times, with my family,& liked it very much. Our son was visiting us, & we there for a treat. We ordered the usuals. The waitress took the order. After a long time, she came back with the order. Instead of two small Uncle Mario's ice cream shakes, she brought two large. We told her that we asked for two small shakes. She said, Oh, we don't serve small in winter...we do that only in summer, & that it is mentioned in the menu. My wife was not there when she served us these. When she came back, she asked why did they they serve large ones...I told them that this was what she said. My wife was surprised, & asked to see the waitress again. Another waitress came, & this time the answer given by the new waitress was, Oh, we only served the small to kids, & that it is mentioned in the menu. I asked to see the menu & there was no such indications in the menu at all. The waitress said that it is because it is a new menu. I was surprised with the quick answers given to us by the waitresses. We were in the midst of Winter, in January, & they served us the small Uncle Mario's ice cream shakes. & now, they are giving such answers. Actually, I should have mentioned this to me when I ordered the small in the first place. They just took the order first, & came with reasons for serving the wrong ones. I was disappointed 😞 ☹️ & upset that they lied & was dishonest about it. The owner was there, & he did not even bother to interfere & ask as to what happened. Also, another weird thing, we noticed was That the shake was thin compared to what they served before. It was sad because this was our go to place for desserts, but now I will leave it completely. Hopefully, the other locations will not so the same. This is my new review. I have not deleted my old review which follows this. I think customers should be careful as to what they order. I was also quite surprises the way the waitress was dishonest of the whole episode. We, as a family, loved this place. We have visited the same location thrice, & we have enjoyed the visit each time. The staff is warm & friendly. The desserts & the ice cream shakes are awesome. It is a good place to bring kids along to have fun.View more

Le service impeccable, la crêpe de sarrazin excellente. Ma déception c'est de ne pas avoir de jambon même s'il est offert au menu. Je veux bien croire que le proprio soit de confession musulmane mais il se doit de l'offrir à la clientèle qui le demande. On doit payer un supplément pour du sirop, impossible de réchauffer le café, on doit payer le plein prix. Je n'y retournerai pas.View more

Bel endroit pour assouvir son envie de chocolat. On trouve plein de produits chocolat, du simple chocolat chaud au pizza au chocolat, bel ambiance à l'intérieur aussi. Un peu chère à mon avis, & c'est presque garantie de sortir la bien lourd & avec une over dose de chocolat, rester simple dans les classiques, un chocolat chaud traditionnel, un fondu aux fruits, crêpes, brownies, .. ça vaut le coup a l'occasionView more

J'ai tjrs aimé aller chez Juliette, surtout pour l'assiette gateau choco, glace vanille & petit pot de choco fondu chaud.. avant pandémie. Par la suite elle a annoncé sa fermeture..tres triste. Mais en 2023, grande nouvelle, une boutique ouvre sur Sauvé!!! J'y suis allée en matinée... belle boutique avec plusieurs tables, on remarque à l'arrivée qu'il n'y aucun client..& meme toute l'heure resté sur place. Est ce un signe? Commande sur place: crepe jambon fromage gruyere - avons reçu un crepe mince avec dinde pressé & fromage autre que gruyère..le tout sans gout ..assiette tres basic ..pour le prix - assez décevant! J'aurais honte de service cette assiette! Par la suite - je commande ma fameuse assiette gateau choco bla bla - je remarque que tout est en plus petit format..encore là tres decu! Au final, tres décevant avec une facture tres salée ! Service = bof , jai mentionné l'erreur dans la crepe & le jeune m'a regardé comme un martien & aucune excuse de sa part.
