Juliette & Chocolat has some of the best chocolate desserts I've ever had. Everything tastes homemade & high quality. Definitely a must-visit if you're in the mood for something sweet & comforting
The atmosphere & interior decor was really beautiful but unfortunately the service was very slow despite it being pretty empty. The quantity & quality has diminished from a couple years back. We got the caramelized banana sea salt crepe which was pretty good. Would probably go again just to get fondue or a coffee.

This is my third time visiting, so this review is a culmination of these experiences. The ambiance of the place is very nice. Clean, new & stylish. This place has potential. However, the service is a mess, slow & inexperienced. The place is perhaps under staffed as everytime we went it was very slow despite there being only a few customers. The items on the menu are certainly not cheap, & the quality needs work. Management seems rigid as they would not allow us to exchange a 10$ drink that tasted bad''according to their policy''. Never had such an experience with bad orders from other restaurants. Will not be trying this place again.
Everything was amazing ! The quality of the food is incredible, the decor was really beautiful & the service is so welcoming & caring! Love it & it became my favourite Juliette & chocolat & I will definitely come back
