Les decorations sont tres belle & reflète bien l'époque. Leur milkshake extrême sont absolument délicieux. La poutine que j'avais pris étais ordinaire.

Ouff, je n'y retournerai pas. Une nourriture correcte, un service en cuisine bon, mais le service aux tables à clairement des lacunes. Que dire du gérant & du manque au niveau du service à la clientèle. Je me suis fait reprendre par le gérant pour avoir demander à un serveur, qui n'était pas le mien, sj c'était possible de trouver ma serveuse. Le gérant est venu me voir pour me demander ce que je voulais. Quand je lui ai dis'seulement voir ma serveuse, car ça fait au moins 15 minutes que je ne l'ai pas vue', il m'a répondu que ce n'était pas de sa faute si 200 personnes c'était présenté ce soir. Pas de la mienne non plus si je veux manger un jour.... Nous avons reçu nos milkshakes fait de fausses crème fouetté à 10 minutes d'intervalle à la même table & le souper était froid, car je l'ai vue reposer 10 minutes sur le réchaud avant d'être envoyé à notre table. Une expérience gâchée surtout par le service client. Les enfants ont appréciés de prendre des photos avec les cornets géants, c'est tout.
Tres bons milkshakes, le hotdog Cacher etait super bon, le mac & cheese etait un peu mid, pas trop de goût mais par contre il etait bien copieux & portion genereuse.
L'ambiance était cool & le personnel etait vraiment sympathique.

Nous sommes arrivés à 17h30. Nous avons commencé à recevoir les assiettes à 19h10. J'aurais eu le temps d'aller manger ailleurs & de revenir avant de recevoir mon assiette. La nourriture était bonne, les milkshakes avaient une belle présentation, mais je ne pense pas que l'attente en vaut le coup.
A great 1950s style diner with that classic mid-century American snack bar atmosphere. The retro decor & vintage vibe really make the experience fun & unique. The burgers are excellent & definitely worth trying. The milkshakes are also very good but the sizes have decreased over the past years.
In terms of parking, since it's located in Centropolis, there's a huge parking area & it's usually easy to find a spot, even during busy hours.
Overall, a really nice place to enjoy classic diner-style food & a nostalgic atmosphere.
We've been to the Jukebox Burger in the West Island before, but this was our first time trying the Laval location in Centropolis - & we had an even better experience here!
We came as a family & ordered the Gleason burger, Firebird sandwich, popcorn chicken, regular fries, waffle fries with spicy mayo, & a strawberry milkshake topped with whipped cream & confetti. Everything was delicious, fresh, & full of flavor. The portions were generous, & the presentation was fun, especially for the kids.
Big downside is that the burgers do not have enough sauce inside, so less flavor. Also, if you want a specific sauce, you have to pay an extra $.
The retro diner vibe is really cool, & the service was quick & super friendly. We're so glad we gave this location a try - it exceeded our expectations.
