Review Summary

Reviews for Jugo Juice mention difficulty understanding staff in French, staff who did not know the recipe, and time spent weighing every ingredient including ice, which could be a problem when multiple customers are served. A glass was delivered still dripping with juice and only partially cleaned when requested, and the juice was not very cold because the ice was not shaken enough and the ice was not added to the glass.

Difficile de se faire comprendre en français. Les 2 personnes qui étaient présentes ne connaissaient pas la recette. Pesait tous les ingrédients (même la glace) ce qui a pris un temps fou a avoir mon jus. Je n'imagine pas quand il y a plusieurs clients en même temps... On vient pour me remettre le verre tout coulant de jus, je demande de le nettoyer & on le fait a moitié. Jus pas très froid car pas assez shaker avec la glace & on n'a pas mis la glace dans le verre.
