I recently visited Joyo Burger on Rue Masson, one of the nicest streets in Montreal, & overall I had a great experience.
I ordered the Nashville chicken burger, & it was honestly amazing - perfectly spicy, juicy, & tender. Definitely the highlight of the meal & worth coming back for.
That said, there were a few downsides. The fries were a bit disappointing & felt low quality compared to the burger. The service also wasn't perfect - there were no napkins, salt, or ketchup available on the table, which made things a bit inconvenient.
Despite these small issues, the food itself (especially the burger) really stands out. I'm giving 4 stars, with one star deducted for the sides & service.
I would still come back again for that chicken burger 👍
The burgers were absolutely delicious, very tasty & made with fresh meat. The flavor was excellent. If you're a burger lover, you should definitely try the burgers at this restaurant.
However, there are a few points I'd like to mention. The fries were not good; they had an onion taste (maybe they were fried in the same oil as onions, or for some other reason). Also, the bottom of the container was full of small, broken pieces that were not really edible.
Our meals were served at different times. There was about a 10-minute gap between my husband's dish & mine, even though we ordered together on the same bill.
No sauce was served with the fries, & we had to ask for it. They brought us a small container of ketchup.
I really liked the atmosphere of the restaurant. The interior design is beautiful, but I think the level of service should match the quality of the food & the interior design so everything feels consistent.
I dont like leaving poor reviews but beware of take out orders. Because the way they package the burgers, the box becomes condensed & the bottom of the burger becomes wet & soggy.

Cliente fidèle, Joyo était mon petit plaisir coupable. J'en faisait la pub partout. Aujourd'hui, j'ai commandé mon burger bleu habituel & quelle ne fut pas ma surprise lors de ma première bouchée, il n'avait pas du tout le même goût que d'habitude. Ils ont retiré le bacon caramélisé, il n'y a presque plus de goût de bleu & ils ont mis une sauce BBQ! De plus, le pain n'est plus brioché comme avant. En fait, rien ne va. Je suis vraiment déçue, rendez nous le burger bleu tel qu'il était, il était merveilleux.
La bouffe est très bonne mais le service est lent, on a attendu très longtemps pour notre commande à emporter (j'avais l'impression qu'ils priorisent les Uber)
The food was good, but not that good because we found something in the food & it was a pick up & we couldn't return it in this weather. I'm sorry but next time try to be more hygienic thanks
It's my first time to eat here. I placed an order over the application & the guy thought that I am a delivery guy & he asked rudely about the delivery bag & when I told him it's for a pick up then he said sorry I didn't like how he treated me.
I am a delivery guy. I went into the store to pick up the order & another delivery guy showed up without a delivery back & the guy there gave him the order without asking cause the order was ready, but my order took almost 15 minutes while I saw that the order was there on the table & was never packed & after that he said you have to go & get the delivery bag. I told him it's just in the car & the car is outside next to the restaurant door he insisted & I & I saw that he discriminated me that's because I'm a minority I believe so & I'm sorry this restaurant is not really treating delivery guys as they should with respect.
