Cela fait deux semaines que j'essaie de me faire livrer une commande par Joyo. Sur leur site Web, lorsque l'on choisit « commander en ligne », que l'on sélectionne l'option « livraison » & que l'on renseigne le champ de l'adresse postale, un message s'affiche indiquant que la livraison est temporairement indisponible ! J'ai appelé Joyo (rue Masson) pour obtenir des explications & savoir quand la livraison serait rétablie. J'ai parlé brièvement à une dame qui m'a dit qu'elle me rappellerait, mais elle ne l'a jamais fait. J'ai donc envoyé un courriel à Joyo il y a plus d'une semaine, mais je n'ai pas reçu de réponse. Après avoir laissé un avis sur Google, le propriétaire m'a appelé pour s'excuser du malentendu. Il m'a offert de me livrer lui-même ma commande aux frais de Joyo ! Voilà ce que j'appelle du SERVICE à la clientèle. J'ai hâte de déguster les burgers de leur restaurant, réputés pour être excellents.

J'y achète souvent des hamburgers. Mon préféré est le burger au poulet Nashville: vraiment délicieux & copieux. Par contre lors de mon dernier achat, le morceau de poulet était sec & goûtait un peu le brûlé.. comme s'il avait été cuit 2 fois. Mis à part ce bémol, j'aime bien ce resto & le recommande.
I used to love Joyo Burger's crispy chicken-it was the perfect melt-in-your-mouth, crispy-yet-juicy bite. The quality was top-notch, & it always tasted freshly fried. But the last two times I've gotten it, it hasn't been the same. The chicken doesn't taste as fresh, & it seems like they're reheating it on the grill instead of frying it fresh. The texture is drier, & it's missing that signature crunch. I really hope they go back to the quality that made their burgers stand out!
Première visite, certainement pas la dernière! Dé-li-cieux! Tout est fait maison, ils hachent même leur viande! Le resto est chouette, moderne, éclairé, & le service A-1!! 👍

One of the best burgers I have had in Montreal! The service is quick & the restaurant itself is very nice looking. Also its halal! Definitely a must try!
