I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was completely unacceptable.
I went to this restaurant with a friend on Saturday evening & ordered a quesadilla. As soon as it arrived, it had a very strong spoiled smell. At first, I assumed it might simply be the type of cheese they use, so I unfortunately ate it.
Afterward, both my friend & I became extremely sick, with severe stomach pain, diarrhea, & repeated vomiting. Considering we both ate there & developed the same symptoms, this was extremely concerning.
I paid $33 for a meal that smelled spoiled & was followed by a night of being seriously ill.
What made the situation even worse was how the restaurant handled my attempts to report what happened. I called multiple times specifically because I wanted to speak with the store manager & give them an opportunity to address the situation directly. The first time, the employee who answered simply told me,'He's not here,' & hung up. The second time, I asked if she could at least take down my phone number so the manager could call me back. She said'OK' & immediately hung up again.
No apology, no concern that two customers became sick, no questions about what we ate, & absolutely no professionalism or basic courtesy.
I made a genuine effort to contact management before posting this review, but apparently even getting someone to take a food-safety complaint seriously is too much to ask.
I would strongly recommend avoiding this restaurant. A meal should not leave two people spending the night with severe stomach pain, diarrhea, & vomiting & a serious customer complaint should not be treated with complete indifference.
I will absolutely not be returning. Based on my experience, unless you want to risk becoming very sick, stay away.
***UPDATE*** Following their public response, I followed their instructions & emailed them with all the requested information so they could investigate the situation. Since yesterday, I have received no response.
This is yet another attempt on my part to resolve the issue directly with them, with no follow-up on their end. After multiple phone calls & now an unanswered email, this only reinforces my concerns about their lack of professionalism, follow-up, & consideration when handling a serious customer complaint.
They publicly stated that they take these situations'very seriously,' but so far, the way my complaint has been handled does not reflect that statement. 😬
À peine entrés, les caissières ont commencé à parler entre elles & à rigoler, sans aucune considération pour les clients. Leur attitude était vraiment déplacée & très peu professionnelle. On avait clairement l'impression d'être pris pour des idiots ou de faire l'objet de leurs moqueries. Un peu de respect & de professionnalisme ne serait vraiment pas de trop.
Très déçu, la glace n'est plus comme avant, aucun goût de citron. Rien que de l'eau sucrée, en plus le service était trop long, on a attendu plus de 40min pour des crêpes croquantes déjà pré-preparées
Lors de notre visites, nous avons commander un Tiramitsu, un milkshake & une crêpe salée. Le tiramitsu était ok sans plus. Le milkshake était très bon, mais la crêpe salée était tout simplement odieuse. La crêpe de fromage est arrivée tiède. De plus, la texture molle de la crêpe agencée à la quantité monstrueuse de fromage fait en sorte que c'est dégeulasse.
Tenez en vous aux desserts lorsque vous y allez & vous aurez une bonne expérience.

Quand vous recevez des commentaires négatifs notamment sur la nourriture & le service je vous conseil de les prendre très au sérieux au lieu de les ignorer sinon faites pas ce métie
