Joyo Burger has quickly become one of my favourite burger spots in Montreal. The menu is inspired by Korean street food, & you can really taste the unique flavours in every bite.
My personal favourite is their Cheeseburger. It's juicy, perfectly cooked, topped with melted cheese, fresh ingredients, & a delicious signature sauce that makes it incredibly satisfying. I ordered it as a combo with crispy fries & a drink, which made for a filling meal & great value.
It's easy to see why their burgers are so popular. Everything was fresh, the fries were hot & crispy, & the combo was well worth it. The friendly service & unique Korean-inspired flavours make Joyo Burger stand out from the usual burger places.

Bon burger, ingrédients frais & excellente sauce à la truffe. Les frites sont bonnes. Un bon spot si vous voulez changer un peu des chaînes habituelles. Je recommande !
The burgers were absolutely delicious, very tasty & made with fresh meat. The flavor was excellent. If you're a burger lover, you should definitely try the burgers at this restaurant.
However, there are a few points I'd like to mention. The fries were not good; they had an onion taste (maybe they were fried in the same oil as onions, or for some other reason). Also, the bottom of the container was full of small, broken pieces that were not really edible.
Our meals were served at different times. There was about a 10-minute gap between my husband's dish & mine, even though we ordered together on the same bill.
No sauce was served with the fries, & we had to ask for it. They brought us a small container of ketchup.
I really liked the atmosphere of the restaurant. The interior design is beautiful, but I think the level of service should match the quality of the food & the interior design so everything feels consistent.

Cliente fidèle, Joyo était mon petit plaisir coupable. J'en faisait la pub partout. Aujourd'hui, j'ai commandé mon burger bleu habituel & quelle ne fut pas ma surprise lors de ma première bouchée, il n'avait pas du tout le même goût que d'habitude. Ils ont retiré le bacon caramélisé, il n'y a presque plus de goût de bleu & ils ont mis une sauce BBQ! De plus, le pain n'est plus brioché comme avant. En fait, rien ne va. Je suis vraiment déçue, rendez nous le burger bleu tel qu'il était, il était merveilleux.
So…the burgers are good. That's good. The service too & it's clean nothing to say at this level. Even the idea of sauces for the fries was great so I was pumped to try. But the fries arrived cold with way too much sauce. & then the milkshake was just tasteless. Can do better the potential is here.
J'ai commandé une poutine & un burger brie & champignons, enfiiiin, une poutine qui goûte la poutine, la sauce est très bonne, les frites juste parfaites & le fromage en grain fait la job. Le pain brioché du burger est moelleux & frais, ça se mange tout seul !!! Juste un petit point qui serait à améliorer & ce n'est pas négatif, svp ne coupez pas le fromage en grains, & ne le mettez pas au frigo avant de le mettre dans les poutines, ça doit faire couic couic quand on le mange. J'ai adoré.
J'avais hâte d'essayer un vrai restaurant de burgers dans le quartier. J'ai commandé le burger classique & il est vraiment excellent même si je cherche encore la sauce maison. Pour les frites, ce sont de grosses frites, mais elle ne sont pas cuites & encore moins croustillantes. Vraiment décevant. Le service est sympathique, mais beaucoup d'attente pour une si petite commande ...& il n'y avait pas d'achalandage. Je vais y retourner dans quelques semaines pour voir si des ajustements ont été faits. 4.5 étoiles pour le burger, 1 étoile pour les frites, 4,5 pour l'accueil & 2 étoiles pour la lenteur du service MISE À JOUR Septembre 2024 Nette amélioration au niveau des frites, Joyo Burger s'est ajusté & c'est très apprécié. We are on a hunt for the best burger 🍔 in town, I can attest that this place has an amazing service , Abeer was amazing, she served our table with a smile & took her time to explain all the options. Burger meat is great & yummy, a little missing sauce but you'll get sauce enthusiast your order so if you're like me, add some sauce in your burger. Sizes were great , price is a bit high but you get what you pay for. Onion rings are good, crispy , chicken burger was fresh & yummy, I would definitely return.
