30mn d'attente pour des burgers & des frites froides avec une salade. Le cuisinier avait oublié de faire cuire les filets de poulet, & la serveuse a laissé refroidir le reste. & avec une magnifique mauvaise fois elle répond que les frites sont chaudes. No comment...
So…the burgers are good. That's good. The service too & it's clean nothing to say at this level. Even the idea of sauces for the fries was great so I was pumped to try. But the fries arrived cold with way too much sauce. & then the milkshake was just tasteless. Can do better the potential is here.

Le staff , 20 étoiles, 3abir fût celle qui m'a fidélisée à Joyo à coup de commandes parfaites , rapidité, sourires , & générosité d'âme. Mon style jogging / pas arrangée ne lui a jamais fait peur avant de découvrir je suis Cendrillon ... 😂je peux m'habiller elegamment. Toutefois, il est à noter Ni 3abir ni Rania ne m'ont regardé de travers pendant ma periode jogging pyjama & même ma mère l'aurait fait . Rania , tout pareil, toujours impeccable dans son service, malgré mes très nombreuses demandes & parfois des requêtes étonnantes : Merci 3abir Rania. A joyo , la nourriture : excellente qualité , l'atmoshère A+ : même les cuisiniers qui ,malgré la chaleurs des fourneaux , sourient aux client quand ils croisent leurs regards. Je ne vois pas quoi demander de plus. J'aime aller au Joyo pour leurs burger oui. Mais moi, je vais au Joyo car c'est bon & car j'y suis si bien reçue. Merci à 3abir & Rania de rendre chacune de mes visites amusantes , légères , & mêmes contribuer à des moments inoubliables je ne crois pas exagérer. Merci les filles 🦋

J'adore vos burgers! Le meilleur fast-food sur Masson. Par contre, j'ai remarqué que les frites manquaient de cuissons depuis mes 3-4 dernières visites.
I must say, I rarely review burgers, But I had to take the time & review Joyo Burger.. This was by far one of the best burgers I ever had in my life. The service was impeccable & the staff makes you feel so welcomed, the place looks out of this world. I highly recommend it. I will definitely be coming back again. 10/10.
I am beyond disappointed. THEY CHANGED THE MENU FOR THE WORSE! Shrinkflation at its finest.
They removed bacon from a bunch of the burgers! I have no clue why- the bleu was perfect before. Now, if I want a similar experience, I have to pay 2$ extra to add bacon. On top of that, they swapped out the arugula for a cheaper chopped lettuce on everything. But of course, the price stays the same, even though the quality of the burgers has dropped very noticeably.
I understand that the economy is not great at the moment & it's especially impacting small businesses. But if that were the case, where did the money come from to buy those fancy new tv screens you're using to display your awful new menu???
Joyo used to be one of my favourite places. I visited regularly, especially during the summer when it's nice out & I can walk over. The burgers used to be super tasty & they even have gluten free buns! Now, Yoyos is starting to feel just like any other burger place, not much really setting it apart from A&W down the street.
I'm not sure I'll be back, or recommending it to friends. Super disappointed in the owners for putting profits before quality.
