The food is amazing, fresh & very tasty, & the staff is the best.
We got one of the big skewers combo to go & nothing disappointed. The garlic sauce is perfect for the garlic lovers, the rice was amazing & the kafta's were delicious.
I could say it's the tastiest shawarmas , & chicken. There is a good turnover so food is always fresh. Staff very friendly at every visit, a very good idea for gluten free customers
One of the best shawarma spots in Montreal! The food is incredibly delicious, fresh, & full of flavor. Everything tastes amazing-from the perfectly seasoned meat to the fresh toppings.
What really stands out is how clean the place is & how professional the service is. The staff are friendly, fast, & make the whole experience even better.
If you're looking for top-quality Lebanese shawarma in Montreal, this place is definitely worth it!
Food is ok but so disappointed in the amount of protein portion given. See pictures of tiny amount of chicken to its pita wrap. Also noticed staff didn't greet us, & seemed stressed our & tired. It's getting pricey for their food, no promotions, no specials. Once upon a time when 1st opened, food, quantity, happy staff, promotions. Not on my visit that I experienced. Hope yours will be much better.
Big shout out to this amazing restaurant & staff! I called 20 minutes before closing & they catered to us with nothing but big smiles. The food is always exceptional. Thank you again!
The food was decent - nothing bad, but nothing special or memorable enough to make me want to come back. The atmosphere is above average, but not really worth dining in for.
What really needs improvement is the customer service. At first, we were helped by a young gentleman who was kind, patient, & genuinely helpful. He took the time to explain the menu & even suggested better-value options for us, which I appreciated.
However, the experience quickly changed when an older man came out from the back & started speaking to him in Arabic. He questioned why the larger plate was being offered, mentioning it was less profitable for the restaurant & pushed for smaller plates instead. Then he turned to us &, in English, tried to redirect us toward those smaller options.
It didn't stop there - while we were still deciding, he made impatient comments about us taking too long, even sarcastically asking if we were'buying the whole store.' That was uncomfortable & unnecessary.
At that point, I let him know I understood everything he said in Arabic. He seemed embarrassed, but the damage was done - it really ruined the experience.
We ended up ordering quickly, eating, & leaving.
The only highlight was the younger employee, who was genuinely kind & professional. He deserves to be in a place that values good service as much as he clearly does.
