Easily the best roti I've had in Montreal. Growing up in Toronto, Carribean food & especially roti was a regular meal but it's something I've really been missing since I moved here. Really good.View more

So happy to have found this place. Ive been looking for a legit Trini/Guyanese Caribbean restaurant for a very long time. The Goat Roti is delicious.View more
The owners are friendly, & give great customer service. This is the best roti in Montreal & it is a shame more people don't know about it.View more
I tried the curry goat roti with pumpkin, the pumpkin was such an amazing touch. Their homemade pepper sauce was also unlike anything else I've ever tried. One of the best roti's in the city but I just wish it was a bigger portion. I'm excited to try more of the menu.View more
Food is good. The goat is great! Roti very nice as well. The owner offers cookies at the end, but beware they are not free, even though they are almost offered like they are. It seems a bit of a weird thing to do. But otherwise good food.View more

Best roti in Montréal. Make sure to say yes to the extra pumpkin. & try that hot sauce... hot damn! Excellent food, super friendly staff. Try anything on the menu. You can't go wrong at Jardin du Cari.View more
Splendid dishes & lavish flavors at this locally loved West Indian-Guyanese spot. Kind & attentive service & seriously savory bites. The highly recommended goat & pumpkin roti was even more delicious than advertised; I had to order a bit off menu (just ask!). Can't wait to go back - anyone passing through should make the trip. Solid value & unpretentious.View more
amazing food - delicious & hearty. We got jerk chicken + chicken roti. We went on Sunday evening - not super busy - & we had friendly/prompt service. Reasonably priced as well!View more
Love the roti, man! Really sweet owners & service.View more
Very quaint establishment with fantastic food & a decent vibe to. When I went there was no music playing, thus the silence was a little off putting. I'd suggest they play some music in the background to help the atmosphere. Staff is very nice & offered good service! The wait for the food was a little lengthy but not unreasonable. Plus, the damn hot sauce they serve is homemade & absolutely delicious with the Shrimp Roti! I will return & I recommend anyone in the area check this corner joint for a small piece of Caribbean culture!View more
Jardin du Cari is a Caribbean culinary haven right in the bustling heart of Montreal. As a Caribbean native, I absolutely adore this place! It's like a slice of home, serving up authentic English Guyanese flavors that truly resonate with my roots. The atmosphere is vibrant & welcoming, mirroring the warmth of the Caribbean sun. From the rich, spicy curries to the flaky, buttery rotis, each dish is a celebration of our diverse & flavorful cuisine. It's more than just dining; it's an experience that reconnects me with my heritage with every visit. A must-try for anyone craving a taste of the Caribbean in Montreal!View more
I've been only eating the vegetarian roti with extra pumpkin with the spicy sauce & it's delicious & addictive. Lots of take out, so the place is quiet & empty. You can eat alone & not feel weird.View more
