I wouldn't recommend eating here! it isn't sanitary , the owner is very rude, agressive & just sits there all day. i waited an hour for my food to hear it being warmed up in a microwave in back. Unbelievable

A coworker told me about Jamrock & we were not disappointed! As soon as you walk in you can tell the food is going to be great. My friend had his first jerk chicken here & loved it! I had the oxtail & it was delicious. Would 100% recommend.

I want to take a moment to sincerely thank Jamrock for their outstanding professionalism & customer care. I recently placed an order through DoorDash, & unfortunately, the driver failed to deliver my full order. When I reached out to the restaurant to confirm my order status, they not only reassured me that my food was ready on time, but they also went above & beyond by compensating me with a replacement for the missing item-even though it was not their fault at all. This level of care, professionalism, & commitment to customer satisfaction is truly rare. Their kindness & dedication to ensuring a great dining experience, even in difficult situations, speak volumes about their hospitality. The food was absolutely delicious, fresh, & well-prepared, making the experience even better. I highly recommend Jamrock for anyone looking for great food & a business that truly values its customers. Thank you again for your generosity & exceptional service !
