On y a célébré les 40 ans de mon mari (65 invités) & on a eu un service incroyable! Le proprio est absolument génial & le staff ultra sympathique! On y retournera 🤠
Le Jack Saloon de Laval est un incontournable!! En étant passé un samedi soir, l'ambiance était géniale, le staff super courtois & fun! La nourriture fut aussi un gros coup de coeur, beaucoup de différents plats à essayer & tous uniques mais qui se marient bien ensemble. Je recommande sans hésiter!
I really wanted to like Jack Saloon, but unfortunately the experience fell well short of expectations.
The Good: The ambiance was pleasant, & credit where it's due - once we placed our order, the food came out quickly. You could tell the team was trying to make it work.
The Bad: The food quality was the main letdown. The brisket & ribs were both extremely dry, with the ribs being particularly tough & difficult to chew through. The pulled pork tasted more like day-old leftovers than something freshly prepared. The wings were decent but nothing special. The sausage was dry. The Mac & Cheese lacked taste.
The Service: This was equally disappointing. Our server kept walking away mid-conversation to handle other issues, & it took an unreasonably long time just to order drinks. The overall service felt disorganized & unprofessional.
The Bottom Line: For a smoker's plate that cost over $100, the value was absolutely terrible. It's really unfortunate because we went in hoping for a great meal, but I honestly didn't know it was possible to mess up brisket this badly & still charge premium prices.

J'y suis allé déjeuner. J'ai pris le combo hamburger. C'était vraiment très bon. Le gérant/propriétaire était très poli & professionnel. Je recommande cet endroit !
Wow vous devez absolument essayer ce restaurant. Je n'ai jamais eux un service aussi incroyable. Le propriétaire est tellement sympathique. Tu voit que sait un grand passionné de ce qu'il fait. La nourriture est excellente & les portions très généreuse. Nous y sommes allez un vendredi soir. L'ambiance est merveilleuse avec un chansonnier très talentueux qui a un grand répertoire. C'était la première mais pas la dernière fois que nous y allons. Je vous le recommande à 1000% ❤?
J'adore ce restaurant ! La nourriture est absolument délicieuse, & l'ambiance est super chaleureuse. Le personnel est vraiment accueillant, & le bar ajoute une touche conviviale. Si vous cherchez un endroit où passer un bon moment, foncez, vous ne serez pas déçus !

Le staff au Jack Saloon est vraiment WOW, le service est irréprochable & l'ambiance toujours parfaite. Il faut absolument essayer leurs nachos au pulled pork, ce sont les meilleurs! Mention spéciale au propriétaire, Mahdi, qui est toujours sur place a s'occuper de ses clients, Alexis & Stephani au bar mes préférées :) Le meilleur resto bar de Laval selon moi!
Très belle endroit bien accueilli nous mets le sourire instantanément nourriture vraiment bonne une place à revisiter & à visiter je le recommande fortement
