I tried to order a kids meal for my 5 year old but when I asked to add lettuce & tomato to her burger, the employee refused because it's not an option on their screen. I offered to pay extra to the restaurant but they said no. I said you have the human ability to physically add the lettuce & tomato & I'm offering you money for it.
They didn't even suggest another option, just kept saying no so impolitely. I told them their customer service is terrible & left.
My sister knows the owner. I will keep my review up until they rectify the situation & add that option to their menu. We go to restaurants often & this is the first time someone refused to add lettuce & tomato to my child's burger (i always pay extra if needed). Very disappointing!

I had been craving friend chicken ever since watching Breaking Bad again & by chance came across this restaurant. I was not disappointed. I had the chicken tenders which were generously sized, not the little twigs you get at most restaurants these days. Price was reasonable & I liked the potato grids (not sure what else to call them). Even the fountain drink was not watered down like at a lot of restaurants.

Je suis passé chercher une commande au comptoir & a attendu 5 minutes sans aucun contact visuel. Quand j'ai demandé si la caissière était tout seul, je me suis fait crier pour me dire qu'elle était tout seul.... Pas professionnel du tout.

If I could Zero Stars for service I would. Went through Doordash at 17:45 order did not appear ready until 18:48!!!! Called but could not get through to a live human at the restaurant itself, only their general cs line. Very disappointed

Première fois pour nous au Jack le Coq , fallait bien quon vienne a Verdun pour y trouver un Jack le Coq . On est rentrer on y a goûter, & voilà ce quon en a pensé... Wow le poulet etait bon juteux & que dire des morceaux des gros morceaux . On a pris chacun familiale 4 morceaux . Avoir sue on aurait pris un familiales 4 morceau on en aurais eu assez pour 2 . Vivement un Jack le Coq a beloeil y nous manque juste ça.

Half the time they won't give you the correct food, the other half it will be cold food & a warm drink... avoid. Too expensive for poor attention to their product.

Don't order from Uber Eats! The chicken came but we didn't get the fries or gravy. The genius from uber told us we didnt get charged for it. It came as a combo, you potato!
