As a delivery driver, I regularly interact with many restaurants, & unfortunately, this was one of the more disappointing pickup experiences I've encountered. Upon arrival, there was little to no acknowledgment from the staff, even after I clearly indicated I was there for a scheduled pickup.

While I understand that delays can happen, there was a lack of communication regarding the status of the order. When I politely asked for an update, the response felt dismissive & lacked basic professionalism. A simple update or courteous interaction would have made a significant difference.

Delivery drivers play an important role in the overall customer experience, & respectful communication is essential on both sides. I hope the team can improve in this area, as it would greatly enhance efficiency & working relationships.

This place was an absolute disaster from start to finish. The service wasn't just bad-it was a complete joke. We stood there like idiots waiting to be seated while the staff blatantly ignored us, acting like acknowledging customers was somehow beneath them.

When someone finally decided to do their job, the attitude was unbelievably rude. Every question we asked was met with eye-rolls & snarky responses, like we were the problem for expecting basic service. It honestly felt like the staff had zero training in how to treat people-or just didn't care at all.

The whole experience was frustrating, disrespectful, & a waste of time. If you enjoy being treated poorly & ignored, then sure, go ahead & eat here. Otherwise, save yourself the headache & go literally anywhere else.

I walked into the restaurant expecting a routine pickup-just another stop in a busy shift. The place wasn't even that crowded, but no one acknowledged me. I stood there for a few minutes, phone in hand, order number ready, waiting for even a simple nod. Nothing.

When I finally got someone's attention & mentioned I was there for a pickup, the response was cold & dismissive. No greeting, no eye contact-just a vague gesture & a muttered reply. The order wasn't ready, which happens, but there was no effort to communicate how long it might take.

As the minutes passed, I watched other staff chat among themselves while I stood there, feeling more like an inconvenience than part of the workflow. When I asked again for an update, the tone I received was impatient & unnecessarily rude.

Eventually, the order was handed over without a word. I left, not just delayed, but frustrated. It wasn't the wait that stood out-it was the lack of basic respect. In a job where timing & coordination matter, a little professionalism goes a long way. Unfortunately, that was missing here.

I pick up orders from a lot of places as a delivery driver, & this was easily one of the worst experiences I've had. The staff's attitude was completely out of line. I walked in, clearly identified myself for a pickup, & was met with indifference & straight-up disrespect.

The order wasn't ready, which is fine-but the way they handled it was not. No updates, no acknowledgment, just being ignored while staff acted like I didn't exist. When I asked for a simple status check, the response was rude & unnecessarily hostile, like I was asking for a favor instead of doing my job.

There's a serious lack of professionalism here. Delivery drivers are working under time pressure, & being treated this way is unacceptable. If this is how they treat people they rely on, it says a lot about their business. I'll definitely think twice before picking up from here again.

As a delivery driver, I've dealt with all kinds of restaurants, but this was by far one of the worst pickup experiences I've had. The staff's behavior was completely unacceptable. From the moment I walked in, I was ignored & treated with zero respect, even after clearly stating I was there for a pickup.

The order wasn't ready, which happens-but what's not okay is the attitude. When I politely asked for an update, the staff responded with rude, dismissive comments & acted like I was bothering them just by doing my job. There was no communication, no basic courtesy, just constant bad behavior & unprofessionalism.

Drivers are part of your service chain, & treating them poorly only reflects badly on your business. This kind of disrespect makes the job unnecessarily difficult. I won't be accepting pickups from this place again unless they seriously improve how they treat people.

Je vien de commander une poutine sur uber eats extra fromage, jai compté les grains & j'ai 16 petit bouts de fromage dans ma poutine en ayant payé 5$ pour un extra fromage😂 c'est insultant ça c'est de la grosse niaiserie

J'ai commandé 12 morceaux de poulet. Je n'ai pas eu une seul morceau de viande blanche, surtout des pilons. Au prix qu'on paye, c'est très cheap. Dernière fois que je commande là.

Très bon service de la part de Robin. Après ma course à pied, j'ai eu une baisse de tension. Elle m'a servi & m'a donné de l'eau, & elle a même accepté de charger mon téléphone. Le staff est gentil, l'endroit est plaisant. Je reviendrai !
