My boyfriend had a Jack burger last night & has had food poisoning since this morning. He's laying in bed with a fever right now. Please be more careful when preparing your food so this doesn't happen to other people. We're certainly not going back.
Person who took my order tried telling me it would be impossible to not put sauce on my burger, & tried to backtrack when I called him out on the obvious lie. Still tipped, but when I pressed 10% it immediately applied a 30% tip.

Chicken Tenders is incredible. The Jack Classic & Deluxe burgers are a must-try, & the red tenders are hands down the best ever - juicy, crispy, & full of flavor. Everything tasted fresh & perfectly cooked. Highly recommended!
Commande DoorDash Big flop, Le burger est arrivé complètement écrasé, plein de sauce & impossible à manger. Le poulet était détrempé, pas croustillant, & tout baignait dans un liquide au fond de la boîte. Très décevant pour le prix. … pain aussi pas toster… j'ai mis presque 50$ dans la poubelle , jamais retourné
J'ai opter pour un burger classic. Le poulet était hyper tendre avec un goûttres fin. La chapelure ne donne pas vraiment de saveurs au poulet.
Le service etait parfait.
Encore une fois des frites'booster' avec une sorte de chapelure, ça me retire toute envie de les manger.
La liqueur en fontaine est très goûteuse & c'est'libre service'...Mon expérience sera unique.
I recently ordered the Sandwich Jack Classique combo, & my experience was quite mixed.
**Fries:** 1/10 - Unfortunately, they were cold & stale, which was a letdown.
**Burger:** 7/10 - On a positive note, the burger was made with fresh ingredients, & I appreciated that.
However, I found it surprising that a small cup of spicy mayo cost $1.45.
I had high hopes when I heard Jack le Coq was opening in Laval, but my visit left me disappointed. I also recall that the location in Verdun offered waffle fries, so I'm unsure why they opted for the frozen McCain lookalike fries this time.
This was the best god damned fried chicken I've had in my entire life, I had a chicken burger & wings, it absolutely rocked me & left me shaking in my little boots! service was also super friendly despite how slammed they were! ill be back asap.
The food was delicious! The vibe is great! The service was friendly! Our chicken burgers were crispy on the outside & tender on the inside (exactly how a great chicken burger should be)! The onion rings on the side were a great touch! Not overly salty or oily, but incredibly crunchy & yummy! I highly recommend this place & will be back!
Update from 3 years later: most of this still stands true. Quality went down at some point this year (2024) but glad to see that they corrected that! Original review: Hands down, best fast food fried chicken in the city. Been looking for a good one ever since I arrived in Montreal. Can finally say I found it after 6 years of searching. We take out from there at least once a week. "The chicken is perfectly crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside." This classic is definitely true here. The burgers are also really well thought out & the different combos are really good. So are most of the sides -- special shout-out to the onion rings. One of the best I've had, & the portions are pretty big. That last one is generally true of all the menu. They are quite generous on the portion sizes. I probably have tried everything on the menu by now. Only thing that was somewhat disappointing was the poutine. Could use more sauce, & it should be warmer so that it melts the cheese a bit. It would also be nice to have some more intricate poutines, akin to their burgers. As it stands, they are quite bland.

À lire certains commentaires, je regarde à quelle période ils ont été écrits & je ne comprends pas trop. Mon expérience a été excellent les deux dernières fois que j'y suis allé cet été alors que la toute première fois, quelques mois après l'ouverture, j'avoue que je ne comprenais pas trop l'engouement. Mais comme je dis, cet été, tout de mon expérience a été positive. Une fois, j'ai pris le wrap & l'autre fois, le burger Jack avec cornichon. Dans les deux cas, les morceaux de poulet étaient impressionnants! Des sandwichs délicieux avec des tendres de poulet que je pouvais séparer en deux (en manger la moitié à part du sandwich sans que celui-ci me semble vide!). Je me suis régalé & je n'hésiterais certainement pas à y retourner... ou à le recommander!
Ordered two jack cornichons to try this franchise & it was sooo good. Big chunks of fresh fried real chicken lol. Best fried chicken burger in the city forsure
Robin was the best person to take my order!! She guidede along the way & I ended up with the best burger ever. Will come back many times just to deal with her :)
really like this place but wish there weren't sulfites in the spicy sauce used on the burgers. I was getting allergic reactions & had no idea why for awhile, so watch out if you're an asthmatic. other wish is that they had the marco spruce beer in bottle & not just in a can, for some reason the canned version has a really baking soda type taste aside from that, delicious, cute retro interior. sad the dunkin closed, seniors loved that place. but not a bad replacement will second some of the other reviews that lately the sides are hit or miss. the macaroni & fries genuinely suck. stick to the sandwiches in general edit 1 year later: the hot sauce still gives me allergic sulfite reactions so I avoid it I've had better experiences since with the sides, but the meat in the sandwiches is really inconsistent in terms of size now I almost only order when they have bogo days
Parfait pour un fast-food avec du poulet 100 % Québécois ! Il y a des burgers de poulet, des tenders, des frites... A emporter ou pour manger sur place (endroit très propre & sympa).
