"The food and ambiance were great, the service was incredibly slow and next to no follow ups were made, our reservation was for 8:30 and we waited 20 minutes before sitting down. We didn't get our food until an hour later and when we were missing an item our server never came around to tell her about it! Had to check with other staff."
