We've been there a couple of times. Pretty good music & ambiance. The drinks are always good. The service needs to upgrade a little bit more. The server never brought us water (even tho we asked her 2 times). We waited too long (15-20 min) just for 2 drinks & it wasn't even busy. My second drink looked like they took the same cup I used before without washing it! The food was cold when we we served after waiting for 35-40 min. The grilled cajun salmon was so small & thin I barely took 4 bites out of it & I still payed 30$! We asked to grill the steak RARE (50$) just to get it MEDIUM WELL done & cold fries. Wow. We told our waitress about it but we only got a 6$ out of our 200$ bill. The quality of food really lowered these past months unfortunately & the service too. Sometimes it's the small details that count even more. I recommend ordering the burgers & nachos.Voir plus

I went to Jack Astor's to celebrate with coworkers. The ambiance is really a bar ambiance with all the tvs on sports channels & loud music. We were seated at a tall table since we were over 20 people. I'm a short person. When I sat down, the table reached to my chest. It's not the most comfortable way to eat, but besides that, daiquiri & the chicken tacos were good.Voir plus

J'ai passé une excellente soirée au Jack Astor! Le burger était délicieux, l'assiette copieuse & l'ambiance au top. Mais l'expérience n'aurait pas été aussi agréable sans la présence de notre serveur (Xavier?) qui a su être patient & serviable tout au long du repas. Son beau sourire a égayé notre soirée! Nous avons passé un très bon moment en sa compagnie, & nous reviendrons dans ce restaurant avec grand plaisir.Voir plus

I had their "Club Sandwich" which turned out to be a major disappointment. Not that it tasted poor, in fact it tasted good - but it just isn't a club sandwich. It contained a southwest sauce & arugula, which is fine; i'm not against mixing up the recipe & the bread was focaccia, which was all fine. The problem is that it didn't have a middle layer of bread, making it a simple sandwich, not a club sandwich. The chicken, while tasting good, was TINY. In factm there was 3-4 times more bread than there was chicken. The ratio was WAY off. The chicken is supposed to be the STAR of this sandwich & it was relegated to the backstage. Service was good but not great (never came to refill water but very polite) but it is LOUD in here, making it difficult to have any kind of decent conversation.Voir plus
