Je tiens à souligner l'excellent service que nous avons reçu de la part de Maely lors de notre visite chez Jack Astor. Elle a été incroyablement accueillante & professionnelle du début à la fin. Toujours souriante, elle a su rendre notre expérience vraiment agréable avec ses recommandations parfaites & sa rapidité. On sent qu'elle aime ce qu'elle fait, & ça fait toute la différence. Had a great meal last night with my BFF! Hostess staff excellant, great table service by Jay as our waiter, food arrived fast, their Holy Smoke BBQ Burger is to die for (Jack's, never remove this from your menu!) & one of the main reasons I eat here.
My friend asked for her meal to be reheated & they were very courteous & did exactly that with smiles & all !
Only wish they'd bring back the Fish n Chips with their excellant house coleslaw, best ever (& I should know being a Brit !!)
