Je suis un peu mitigée par mon expérience aujourd'hui. J'ai attendu plus de 30 minutes pour ma commande, avant de réaliser qu'elle avait été oubliée.
Après l'avoir signalé, le plat a été préparé très rapidement, mais malheureusement la pâte était presque crue, ce qui l'a rendu difficile à apprécier.
Le service n'était pas particulièrement chaleureux, aucune des serveuses ne semblait accueillante, ce qui n'aide pas à améliorer l'expérience. ( sauf celle qui porte des lunettes )
Cependant, malgré ces points négatifs, la cuisine en général reste bonne.
Avec une meilleure organisation & un service plus souriant, l'expérience pourrait être vraiment agréable.

Very bad experience. The quality was very poor. I spoke to the manager, but they didn't care & didn't even apologize. This is not a family-friendly place.
I had a bad experience with this restaurant. The delivery order was disappointing & did not meet my expectations. The quality of the food & overall service were not good.

The food is generally good, but my experience was disappointing. The salad was not fresh, & when I pointed it out & asked for a replacement, the staff responded poorly & tried to convince me that nothing was wrong.
Additionally, the cutlery & glasses were not clean, which is unacceptable. I've also noticed that portions have been getting smaller over time, salads used to be bigger & fresher.

We recently visited this newly opened Turkish restaurant & had a wonderful experience. The food was absolutely delicious & very high quality. We ordered the mixed kebab, & the meat was very tender & flavorful. The chicken was perfectly cooked as well.
After our meal, we had baklava & Turkish tea, which were both amazing & the perfect way to finish the meal.
We will definitely be coming back & highly recommend this place to everyone!
Took my mum yesterday not bad , they just can do better , the meat was a bit dry & maybe old , place is clean , waiting for a bit long for server to bring wate

The person at the door lacked respect & basic client service. No smile whatsoever. He looked at me, lied & said unfortunately they were booked with reservations & that he could only place me at the corner table. I agreed but soon realized he clearly lied when the tables were empty. It's a shame to be a snob especially with those unfortunate features. Gule gule oruspu!

Dernièrement, j'ai mangé deux fois dans ce restaurant en une seule semaine.
La première fois, c'était sur place. J'ai demandé au serveur de la sauce au yogourt. Il m'a répondu que c'était de la sauce à l'ail. Je lui ai dit que ce n'était pas la même chose, & il m'a répondu que si. Franchement, ça m'a fait rire.
Par contre, la nourriture était très bonne : tout était frais & savoureux.
La deuxième fois, j'ai commandé avec Uber Eats, & là, c'était catastrophique. La nourriture n'était pas fraîche, il y avait une mauvaise odeur, c'était infect.
On a vraiment l'impression que vous donnez n'importe quoi aux clients qui commandent en livraison parce qu'ils ne sont pas sur place. C'est malhonnête & inacceptable.
Faites attention.
