Instacrispy Bubble Tea is described as offering tasty and fresh options with a wide range of skewers and bubble tea, and many customers note friendly, attentive service and a pleasant cafe vibe. Reviewers celebrate the variety and bold flavors, especially for skewers, with several people finding the dishes delicious and the staff kind and helpful. At the same time, some dishes are described as oily or heavy, and a few items miss finesse or texture, such as overly greasy sauces or inconsistent meat textures. The experience can feel uneven due to an ordering process that relies on QR codes and an app, and a service fee appears before tipping on the bill in some visits. Overall, Instacrispy Bubble Tea delivers a flavorful, fun option with room for consistency in cooking and a smoother ordering flow.

Food was alright, the flavor was there. I had the lamb skewers but compared to the one in Chinatown, this one feels like it's missing something.
I also got the rice poke with cod, they added too much water when they cooked the rice, the texture was getting to congee territory.
The place didn't use their heater so everyone was on their winter coat.
The system to order is not as seemless, you need to scan a qr code, download the app, & register an account.
Lastly, when we go to pay, I didn't realize but they charge a service fee & after, the screen shows the option to tip.
Edit: After reading the store's response, I want to clarify that it does not accurately reflect our in-store experience. When placing my order, I pointed directly to the poster showing the larger Tanghulu skewers & even tried to request two specific fruits. I was told that individual selections were not allowed because it was'chef's choice,' & that they could only be purchased as a set of three. At no point was this explained as a'blind box' or that it would involve significantly smaller portions. We were not offered any alternative options beyond the three-piece portion we received. This was not a case of us ordering the wrong item & receiving something different.
Additionally, the sugar coating on the fruit did not taste fresh, despite their explanation. I ended up throwing it out entirely, which was a waste of my money because it was simply not enjoyable. I've had traditional Tanghulu at other places & am familiar with how it should taste.
It's disappointing that their responses consistently shift blame onto customers instead of taking accountability or attempting to make things right.

Really disappointed with the quality of what we received. The tanghulu looked nothing like the photos shown on their Google page or the in-store poster. Instead of long skewers with several pieces of fruit, we were given a very small portion. Paying $10.99 for this felt like a complete rip-off.
On top of that, everything was wrapped in plastic. While I assume it was meant to protect the food, the plastic wouldn't peel off properly & kept breaking into small pieces. We had to remove it bit by bit, which took far too long & was frustrating.
When we finally tasted it, the sugar coating was super burnt & didn't taste fresh at all. Definitely not worth the price.
We took the 2 can dine share box! Our skewers were: lamb, beef, chicken, cod, fishcakes, sausage, crab stick, quail eggs, cabbage, green beans, cauliflower & fried fish piece & we took the spicy flavor! A good portion to share 😊✨? Yummy overall! But quite heavy on oil as a heads up!
Just a heads up that it is very greasy

Was looking for boba tea in the area & this came up. Had no idea what to expect but I was honestly pleasantly surprised. I took a while to decide what to order (big menu + my first time here), Andy at the register was so patient & kind. He happily answered all my questions & gave honest recommendations. Nowadays I rarely see such amazing attitude in service staff anymore, so that was nice.
Stinky tofu was indeed stinky (that's the point). Brown sugar boba tea was also great.
Looking forward to returning in the future to try other things.
Unique place with amazing food. They have an unlimited milk tea bar deal with boba for less than 10$. Their skewers are delicious especially the potato tower.
