"I can understand lack of staff and all but my experience probably won't make me come back with my family. The starter I got "eggplant parm" was buried under sauce and when I got to it it was a soup of oil! My kids ordered tenders and fries and it was served in a pasta plate. No napkins, no condiments. My Diet Coke was served Luke warm with no ice!..."
