Les avis soulignent India Rosa Plateau pour ses saveurs audacieuses et sa présentation soignée, avec des plats vedettes comme le poulet au beurre et paneer, des tapas à partager et des options brunch imaginatives. The food & drinks were very good but too pricey.
There was an issue with our reservation but we managed to get a table on the terrace. The service started off well, drinks & entree came quickly, the bartender came to see us as I had a question about one of the liquors used. This said our mains took forever. People that ordered after us were getting their food before us &, it took about an hour to get our food. No explanation was given (perhaps the waiter forgot to punch the order in) or compensation was suggested (I.e additional drink, nann bread during the wait etc.). Overall good, but expensive though I think that's pretty much a given everywhere now.

The food is amazing & the drinks are out of this world! However, the service offered by the hosts & the waitresses is not the best. They are a little rude & condescending. It's been like that since my first visit. I don't let that affect my experience there as the food is REALLY good, as I mentioned before.
We went to the Mount Royal location, it is a trendy atmosphere, with nice drinks & good basic Indian dishes. The cocktails are very good, & a must try, there is a large selection. I particularly enjoyed the mademoiselle Rosa which is a vokda base.
The dishes are tasty but are made of basic sauces, a must try for the fresh naan bread. If you like spicy I recommend the Vindaloo lamb, nice texture & nice tangy tase. The Chicken Madras is also to try. The service was good, but got busy towards the end of the evening, out reservations where at 8pm.
Best Indian food in Montreal with a touch of class! Food is delicious! The drinks are made by mixologist masters ..their designs on drinks are better than what I've seen at hotel resorts all around the world ...the service is impeccable! We had our delicious dinner & made a little mess with the rice & the waiter even came to clean our table till the last bit of rice was off the table for us to have our espresso martini on a clean table! Now that's service ! Shout out to all the staff at india rosa! The atmosphere & design of the restaurant is just outrageously spectacular! I will return not once but many more times !
Blew my mind, everyone needs to make this their new fav brunch spot. The selection of of yummy items is will make you want to come back & try everything. The pairing of tasty & beautiful curated drinks & of course the ambiance & the wonderful service, makes all the experience a memorable afternoon.
Amazing experience, taste buds threw the roof. Everything was awesome, from drinks to food. The staff was also so respectful & helpful in every way.Definitely will be back soon. Thank you for the wonderful evening.
This is a really authentic indian food with indian cooking staff complemented with an occidental bar & drinks. We had the vindaloo lamb & the cod. Truly excellent. Also friendly staff.

This was my first visit to India rosa. It was recommended by a friend. The experience was very good. Everything was cooked with perfection so delicious. The service is top notch. Very welcoming staff :) good amibence. Nice decor. Big varieties for drinks. I will strongly recommend this restaurant & also looking forward to come back.
Food was really delicious (as always). The cocktails were great. Service was warm, pleasant & friendly. Every food & drink recommendation was perfect for us & well suited to our preferences. The waitress answered all of our questions & took the time to make our experience the best. I understand why this restaurant is always full, it is really amazing!
Was looking forward to dining at India Rosa, but the experience didn't match up to my expectations. I was visiting from the US, so I made sure to make a reservation ahead of time. When I arrived at the restaurant I was directed to two seats at the bar. I let the hostess know that I had made my reservation for the dining room & she seemed confused & defensive. So me & my girlfriend stood awkwardly waiting in the restaurant to get some direction on what was happening. As it turned out the restaurant made an error & switched our reservation, what bothered us both the most wasn't the error made, but how the staff handled it. While trying to figure out where to put us, another staff member rudely asked us to stand outside of the restaurant because we were in the way (we tried explaining that we were told to wait there but she didn't care) so, we went & waited outside in the 30 degree weather...another staff member noticed & told us to come back inside, they explained that they had messed up & after barely apologizing showed us to a table.
I'm Indian, so I was really looking forward to trying what was described as "modern interpretations" of classic Indian dishes. Although the start to the evening didn't go well, we tried to put it aside & focus on the meal. Unfortunately, the food was just ok. It was less modern interpretations & more weird mash ups of dishes, that weren't always executed well. The aloo gobi had barely any flavor & in general all the dishes we tried weren't spiced well & lacked flavor.
Overall the food was mediocre & the staff were very rude, kindess truly goes a long way. Mistakes happen, especially in a busy restaurant but I don't understand why instead of owing that they flubbed, they acted like it was somehow our fault...? If you're looking for a busy bar spot to grab drinks with your friends try this place - but if you're looking for good Indian food I'd skip.
India Rosa had a great vibe, even on a Tuesday night. Great ambiance, the drinks were fantastic & every single tapas dish & main we ordered was absolutely on point. I actually regret not having ordered more dishes! I am very picky when it comes to Indian cuisine being of Indian descent myself, I find most restaurants in Montreal miss the mark but India Rosa hit the bullseye! My only criticism would be the service. Our waitress seemed to forget about us, we had to flag her down for drinks & the second time around she took my drink order but failed to ask my guest if they wanted to order something as well (they did). I do give grace that perhaps this is a short staffing issue hence still rating this a 5 start experience. Looking forward to dining here again!

Beautiful place. Food was AMAZING! Not overpowered by spices! Drinks were beautiful, but weren't to our taste- just a personal preference, nothing towards the very talented bar staff. But we did wait 15 minutes before anyone noticed we we're still waiting to have our order taken! A different waiter (not the one who brought us water) noticed my body language, inquired with others & rushed over- he was great the rest of the night! Personally, its a little overpriced. I wouldn't go regularly unfortunately. But everyone has their own budget. Congrats on the great restaurant.
Great vibe & drinks. But be aware: This is ''Neo-Indian'' food (fusion food), not authentic Indian cuisine. I am Indian & have travelled through India, so I am well-qualified to judge. If you want traditional Indian food, this is not the place for it. That said, the food is tasty & the restaurant gives you a sophisticated lounge experience. It is priced accordingly & always busy. Clearly, this is what customers want, so it is doing well.
Adoré mon expérience ! L'ambiance bon enfant m'a beaucoup plu & que dire des drinks époustouflants !! Un bar bien garni, une nourriture plus que délicieuse, c'est une expérience à renouveler !
